What's the point of ordering on the mobile app if you never get what you order. Asked for extra sauce on something and got none. Asked for a certain item and got something completely different. That's very frustrating.

Whenever I go to the taco bell at 1429 W. Blossom Trail in Apopka, everyone ALWAYS has an attitude and even when you ask for extra jalapeno sauce... They NEVER put it on the quesadillas. And when you go back for them to correct it, they open the quesadilla and look at it in your face like you're lying.

We stopped by here this morning on our way back home to Pensacola and Elizabeth, the cashier, was very friendly and exhibited amazing customer service :) We appreciate you. Our breakfast burritos were also very tasty ??‍♀️

May 23 2022 my wife, my son and I went there for lunch, we waited in front of the cash register for about 3 or 4 minutes. We watched as 3 workers were just standing around and shooting the bull. Finally one of the workers asked another worker to take our order, that individual said "I don't want to take their order" and he then proceeded to the back of the kitchen, another worker came and mentioned they haven't opened the cash register to take orders...Huh! it's 12:30 in the afternoon! I am very offended by the first worker not taking our order, I felt like we were discriminated for being a "WHITE FAMILY"!!! We will never go to this toco bell ever again!!! They don't deserve a capital letters "t & b". We went to BURGER KING instead.

My family and I ate here last night, 5-21-22 and my fiancé ended up getting food poisoning. He ordered a beef and a chicken burrito but my son also had a chicken burrito so we are thinking it must have been the beef one. He was up all night throwing up and soaked with sweat. Seen another person say they got food poisoning from this location too. I would avoid.

Store Location Apopka 441I asked if I could order a combo 3 tacos with a drink, but vegetarian, as you can only order single tacos for this vegetation option. So we delete the meat but ask for black beans to replace the meat. Not only was I charged extra .30 per 3 tacos for beans, my tacos had very little of anything on them. When I asked why it wasn't a trade meat for bean or do I get a credit for not having the meat on my tacos this rude guy with no name tag on, said I can call corporate if I have a trouble. This is how you treat customers, I walked inside to place my order, because the drive thru had 7 cars waiting. Do yourself a favor and go to the tacos bell on Rock Spring, they have a great team/ customer service/food.Corporate will be receiving a call.

Didn't like that they were out of the chalupa when it's probably my favorite item. They made me an alternative product which was cold on the inside. The mango tea that I order each time tasted awful! It didn't even taste like the mango flavor. I ordered via the drive-thru and I stayed in the parking lot to enjoy the food while warm but the hard taco was already soggy at the bottom... what if I'd driven home to eat it then the whole thing would just fall apart.

Yesterday i bought the the big pack of tacos for like 20 bucks to split with 2 of my other friends all of us ended up with Food Poisoning which does not feel good i know its from them because the taco shells tasted old n fake i called my friends this morning around 1am from the hospital and they were also sick throwing up... Definitely lost a customer

Just flat out terrible customer service, ordered through drive thru and while trying to order all I hear is laughing. Twice I was asked what was my order even after I had given it, was asked a third time and I finally asked if they were actually ready. Then someone else came to take order and still I can hear laughing. As I pull up to windows there is a guy and girl dancing around. It’s a shame the kids these places hire who have no discipline and and flat out rude! Do better management in your hiring process because from what I see these kids don’t take what they do serious!

Terrible service. There was no one behind us on line or at the window the entire time but was told we had to go back around to add something to our order. When we got home we got up charged for chicken on three items and still was given beef
