Went inside to get a drink and food and my drink is amazing! Andrew made me the best cold brew i’ve ever received, mans was slinging some fire drinks today!
I ordered ahead and still had to wait more than 20 minutes for my drink then when it was finally ready it tasted watered down. Not sure who is in charge but why are they not making the drinks in the order they receive them? Why should I have to wait that long and people can just walk in order and get their drinks first.
Horrible customer service, went 9:13pM they had the doors locked and dint answer the drive thru, MIND YOU THEY CLOSE 9:30.
This caramel Frappuccino taste horrible. I presume that the coffee that was used in it was old, I am a coffee drinker and I known what old coffee ☕️ test like . Very disappointed.
Staff really makes you feel like a guest rather than a customer, they give great suggestions for coffee too when you’re not sure what to decide on. Best Starbucks I have been to, and I have been to A LOT!
The drinks were good, but I ordered Venti drinks and the straws they gave were for the grande or tall drinks. The straw sank into the drink, but overall the employees were nice.
Came here specifically to have a bite and sit and get some work done. Unfortunately I was told I had to leave the dining area after less than 10 minutes because they were short staffed. I could have gone anywhere and now I wish I had. Spoke with the supervisor and there was no type of recourse offered. Wish I had spent my money elsewhere.
Inconsistent availability to pick up your order inside instead of having to wait in the ridiculously long drive thru line. If you can’t open your indoor pickup, turn off mobile ordering. Why allow people to order ahead, thinking that they will be able to pickup their order as soon as they arrive, only to be greeted with a locked door and a sign telling them they need to go get in the drive through line?!
Bee was incredible!! We had multiple drink orders in the drive thru and she was extremely quick & accurate with placing them. At the window she was also a joy! Thanks Bee!
I hope I never have to go anywhere near this location again. I had almost driven 40 minutes home when I decided to grab a mango dragonfruit refresher so I drove 20 minute out of my way to the nearest location which was in Apopka near Walmart. The line was almost 8-10 cars back so had to wait almost 20 min at least ( maybe more) to order. I finally get to order and the employee says we are out of lemonade and mango. ( no signs had been posted anywhere ) . So I ask “ okay well what else can you mix in with dragonfruit or do you recommend that’s similar ?” to which he replies “ water?” ...I honestly didn’t even know what to respond to that... Did I just drive all the way to Starbucks to wait in a long line only to be given a recommendation of water ?? ..so I asked if the strawberry one could be mixed in and he said yes. When I finally got my drink ..it had no dragonfruit in it and basically tasted like a strawberry lemonade Snapple I could have got at any convenience store. He made no apologies for not having the item I had waited in line for. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough at this point and had to ask for a receipt as he hadn’t given it to me. I have been to MANY Starbucks stateside and overseas and never seen such a lack of customer service or product knowledge ...it is a shame this is the only one in Apopka as I will gladly go to Dunkin’ Donuts or make the drive to a Foxtail in the future than deal with that.
