Absolutely the worst service I have ever received here. They can’t get simple orders right. They hang up the phone on me while trying to order. The manager doesn’t care about customer concerns. Called me a liar. They make me wait at the register for 10-15 minutes atleast each time while I have COUNTLESS employees pass right by me and look at me without helping me. I’ve never in my life had a pizza place that has this bad of service. If I had more options to eat for food I would NEVER go here again. But I have my mouth wired shut and only can get certain things through the wires. That’s the ONLY reason I’ve came back to this place after the first and second time of having this horrible service
Wrong order was given to us and the staff seemed really out of sorts. We had to return the food and wait for our fresh new order.
Nasty tasting pizza. Crust was supposed to be thin and CRISPY. But it was soggy. Veggies seemed old. Not fresh. If I could give a zero rating I would. Wasted $23 bucks. Won't do it again
Ordered online and put special instructions to cut my pizza in squares. I CALLED immediately after placing the order and told them to please cut my pizza in squares and was told "we see the special instructions." Also asked for curbside. Well, pizza came in slices AND I had to go inside to get my order after checking in for curbside.
This place is an absolute joke. Paid for an online order, waited an hour & some odd minutes, called to check on the Pizza as it still said it was being made. To our surprise they canceled our order because THEY called the wrong number & thought our order was a “prank” but in reality they didn’t wanna have to bring us our order in the rain. They already turned off there stoves & the driver was gone so they won’t be doing anything for us. So here it is 11 at night (the time it states they close so why the stoves & drivers were gone is pretty funny to me) & my 4 year old has been waiting for a dinner that won’t be coming. Not to mention I’m pregnant. Spoke to the manager who tried to play it off as our fault. Wasn’t helpful. Continued to put us on hold. No refund. So when the store opens tomorrow — we will be sure to get our $47 dollars back. WORST SERVICE. & even worse employees/management.
Terrible place to order from, said they would give me a refund for not completing our order properly, didn't deliver the order on the correct timeline
Every time I place an order online for delivery it SOMEHOW is placed for carry out after I placed it SPECIFICALLY for DELIVERY. What is going on . I feel like the employees purposely aren’t accepting delivery orders ?? at least take it off the website if they are going to keep rejecting delivery orders and switching them to carry out !!!!!
The phone orders have been outsourced to a call center. It seems as if they don’t have Pizza Hut in that part of the world because they didn’t understand anything I wanted. Terrible experience
Better drive to the one off Semoran. This pizza hut location, quite frankly, sucks. They cancelled my order after 44 minutes of waiting and had no explanation for it. Customer service is LACKING and I swear they're using cheaper products because their pizza is ALWAYS greasy. Better quality and better service exists at the pizza hut just 10 minutes further. Take the drive.
Make sure the order is complete, prepared properly, and delivered intact and hot. The cinnamon buns were missing, the apple pie was overcooked to the point the apple oozed out, and the containers were smashed as if a lot of weight was placed on top of them.
