I really don't know why I keep giving this place a chance.aybe because I'm a NICU nurse and believe things can get better. Waitress was rude to my special needs daughter, speaking down to her. So disgusting . Food is cold not even steam. She poured my coffee and spilled it over my cup after I waited 10 minutes for it without a glass of water!! Guys were talking behind the counter as an elderly couple were told their credit card declined by my waitress, which it did go through when a man by the name of James redid it. Then again James and another man were talking loud and a couple of non friendly bad words came out in front of my other daughter 6 years old. She looked over then told me." Mom they said bad words". I'm done.
Bad day? It's Mother's Day and the waitress was inattentive, slow, and had an attitude like she didn't care about her job. We did tell the front end manager of our concerns and she seemed to not care. She actually made fun about us as she told the waitress what we told her while they were standing at the register in front of us and other guests. We walked in just before 1. We got a table at 140. We got drinks and silverware at 2. Our meals arrived at 235. This is beyond slow for a restaurant that had a special menu of only breakfast and sandwiches/salads due to Mother's Day. They were not busy at all. Only 1/4 of the tables were used during these hours. When you hear other waitresses complaining for us on how our service is that tells you there is a problem. Then to have the front end manager make fun about us for saying something right in front of us? Wow... I would expect this from fast food places, but not when you rely on tips from customers based on their service.
They didn’t have the pie I wanted. But it was pie day so I was a little late to the party. But the pie I got was amazing. The lady that helped us was so nice.
I have a men's Bible study here every week early, 7:00 a.m. Our server is very attentive and the food is good. Great place for breakfast and for fellowship.
Freezing cold in restaurant!!! Long wait for food...senior pork chop was hard and tasteless. Discontinued the pot pie!!! My senior turkey dinner was delicious ?. We will not be back any time soon! Greatly disappointed ☹️
Yummy!!! Great food and the BEST dessert! We have ordered pies and cakes there too. So good.
The food was great but the waitress’s attitude was not (Her name is Kelly) . We got coffee and asked for creamer since there was none at the table. She noticeably rolled her eyes and groaned when I tried to get her attention. Even the table next to us noticed her bad attitude and they offered us their creamer. We were uncomfortable asking for anything else the rest of the visit.
Pretty sure me and my husband have food poisoning from this location. They always hand my food to me cold to where I have to heat it up at home. This was my third and last time coming to this location. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Waitress was polite but not very concerned about my cold food. Nor was the manager. I sent the food back and the manager asked if I wanted her to "change the plate?". Not sure what that meant. I just wanted the food heated. So they popped it in the microwave and brought it back to me. Unfortunately it was still cold in the center of the mashed potatoes. I asked for a hot side of gravy trying to warm the food with the gravy but even the gravy was room temperature . So I asked the waitress to microwave the gravy. She did and it was better. This was definitely the most disappointing meal I have ever eaten at a Perkins.
I don't particularly like this Perkins location. It's not well taken care, not very cleaned. Went on a Monday for brunch so it wasn't busy but yet the table where we sitting on was dirty and not well cleaned even after the waitress did it. Crumbs everywhere. I prefer the one in the 436 location!
