I visited this location for the 1st time this afternoon and had a great experience. From the door, the cashier was super friendly and professional. However, what top it all off was of course my order. The worker who made my sandwich made the most delicious sandwich I've ever had!! (it was a Mediterranean Veggie). It 's appearance and taste were "off the charts." I was only able to eat half but ate the other half for my dinner and it still tasted fresh!!! Hive Five to this location! I will most definitely travel to your location next time again.
Customer service was great.I have the all you can drink sips deal where you can get a free drink every 2 hours for $10 a month.Before I went on a diet, I loved their food and ate there a lot.I would have the 1/ & 1/2 deal.Their corn chowder and avocado turkey BLT sandwich is the bomb!
No bread, no croutons, angry cashier, dirty floors, dirty tables, employee in bathroom didn't wash hands when leaving. If store is out of items, we should be notified when ordering, not after picking up food. I have never experienced this at any other location! First and last time at this location.
Terrible experienceOrdered the pick 2 and got a Napa chicken salad sandwich and salad.The sandwich literally had 2 tiny bits of chicken and half a grape between the bread. The salad was good but again it had just 4 small bits of chopped chickenService seemed fast but can’t understand why I’m being asked to tip when I pickup my food, get my own drink, and bus my own table.Panera used to be good.Won’t return.
I've ordered the mederterranian sandwich at least 5 times and it's always different. The bread varies each time and today was the first time I got hummus on it. It was a massive amount too. I've always had great service through drive thru and I love their tea. I just wish the sandwich was consistent.
0 stars would be better. I used to order from here and they would be great, but the last three times I gave the benefit of the doubt because I was craving the Mac and cheese or grilled cheese but have only been disappointed each time. First time they overcooked the whole thing, didn't even taste like what its supposed to. Second time trying, I thought would be better, they got the Mac and cheese right but how do you mess up a grilled cheese? A Macaroni grilled cheese? No. Third time I had to go (and didn't want to) because my husband was sick and wanted soup. So I figured okay I'm hungry too. I was specific and even asked them to not over cook the Mac and cheese, they said okay. Instead what I got home to was half a broccoli and cheese macaroni and then it looked like they covered it up by putting the regular one on top of it. Didn't find out until I started eating it. Trash. Never ordering or coming back.
Is this Panera going under?Giving it another shot. I pulled in for some bagels Tuesday at 9am.They were out of the popular bagels and only had flax seed. So being hungry will give it a try. What we got was a oatmeal covered lunch roll. We got 2 for 9.00.Sad Apopka doesn't have a decent bagel shop. Panera is terrible.
Food is always good and the workers are always friendly and helpful, but the estimated wait times are extremely hit or miss. 40 minute turn around this morning on a Rapid Pick-Up order (sandwich and drink). Disappointing, bc I like stopping in on my way to work, but if I can't trust that my order will be ready in time...
I’ve come to this location multiple times. And almost every time there is something wrong with my order. Today they gave me a completely different soup than what I asked for and didn’t give me the right sandwich. The food is not cheap so I would appreciate it if I got what I ordered. I tried calling to explain my issue but of course no answer.
A complete joke of a place! I ordered thru the app and upon arriving the clueless chick up front at first told me my order didn't even exist because simple communication among the idiots that work here is obviously too difficult for them. And then instead of getting my smoothie for me because it was not at the pick up spot it was across the restaurant she just said my smoothie is in that direction and pointed. Complete useless and rude employees and I would avoid this Panera and all Panera'a really! They have gone down hill....are over priced for what you get and the quality in food and people that work here is a joke. Obvious management is full of idiots as well.
