The food is good. But this place needs some love. Needs a paint job. All the tables wobble. The chairs and tables need a good cleaning. You can tell there's lacking of real management.
First Time Ordering, I ordered the 18” Pepperoni Pizza, I can honestly say this is the best authentic NY Pizza I have had in a very long time , I ordered online and my pizza was hot when I went to go pick it up. Will always be my first pizza place to order from before any other pizza joint.
I ordered pizza and a chicken wrap from this place today and the pizza was dry, as you can see the cheese is practically burnt. The chicken wrap that was super blandv and dry. I won't be returning to the place at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Love the all meat thin crust pizza is our favorite. The girls at the register are always nice , bathrooms are clean.
TL;DR: Rats.Worked here for a short time last year. There were rats living in the walls and ceiling of the kitchen and the dining area. Maybe things have changed since then, but apparently they were able to pass health inspections. They passed a health inspection while I worked there. A co-worker, at the time, told me the rats had been there for years. In the time I worked there management, Marju and Kam, never bought traps or poison of any kind, They didn't consider it to be a big deal enough to stop it. Security camera footage caught the rats coming out of holes in the walls and ceiling at night to look for food, when nobody was there. Some of the rats came out when it was quiet, or were out already when employees were there to open the store.
First time at this pizza shop. I am born and raised from NYC sonit was good to have an authentic NY pozza around the neighborhood. A lot of places claim it’s NY but oh this one is the best!!! Affordable prices and if you’re in a mood just for a slice this is your spot to go too!! Garlic knots and zepploes on point as well! It didn’t disappoint and will be returning back asap!
NY Pizza Baby has always been great. I'd say we get pizza delivered from there twice a month or so since they opened many years ago. The trick is calling your order in to get the specials that the delivery services don't offer when ordering online. The one downside is the cost of extra cheese (which is priced higher than any other topping from my experience), but they give enough cheese to start with that you don't really need it. Their Greek salad is also something I recommend, and the Big Baby pizza is well worth the money. *We've never done dine-in service, so I'm not able to remark on that. I'm sure it's also good, though.
We loveeeeeee this place and almost every Sunday we go after church as a family. It's super clean and every worker I've met are amazing.. God bless this company
I’ve been ordering from here for almost 6 years and have never had a complaint until now. The lettuce, tomato and onions on the burger was stale. Even the burger bun and they put so much mustard that you couldn’t even hold the burger still since the bread was soaked and torn apart. I went in personally and it looks like they changed management. I would never order from here again. This is unprofessional and such a disrespect to present food this way. I’ve worked for 25+ years with customer service and I would never give something looking like this to a customer.
My wife and I had dinner at NY Pizza Baby last night and I couldn't wait to write a review. We were looking for some good Italian food that had a small town feel and was out of the city. We were so surprised at the quality of the meal and the service was excellent. So much so, I asked to see the chef who happened to also be the manager . We could tell he loves cooking and cares about each meal. Would go back every week if we didn't live in Idaho.
