Just realized this place was here. I drive by here 4 days a week. sometimes more and was looking for a healthy source for breakfast or lunch. Just got the lunch special of the berry smoothie and hummus flat bread. So delicious! I will be bringing so friends by and stopping back in the future!! Yum!!
Great Apopka business! Great flatbreads, smoothies, and best of all Kombucha on tap. It’s tucked away and easy to miss, but it’s worth going out of your way to stop in and check out.

I’ve been coming here since I heard of their opening. I’m in there almost every day, and all the staff knows me by name. Their juices are absolutely amazing, as well as their wellness shots, which offer an instant energy and mood boost to me. They’re also the only place around in or near Apopka that has fresh Kombucha on tap.There a lot of reviews on here mentioning how some of their food is out of their budgets... to them I’d say, pay attention to how your body felt after dropping the dollar on their avocado toast. If I know I have a big day that I’m going to need a lot of energy for, I’ll stop in a spend the nearly $20 for a juice and a full order of avocado toast, and it gives me all that I need to keep going for the day. The quality foods and juice allows me the energy and focus to quickly and easily make back the money I invested in my own body!If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would!

I went this weekend for the first time and why did I take so long to try it, I had the acai/passion fruit bowl and it was so delicious .I regret not taking a picture, the staff was also super nice and friendly . I will definitely be back!
