Easily the worst McDonald’s ever. Service is awful not fast at all and never has been. Truly disappointing that I’d have to wait 15-20 mins to get “fast food” shameful for the management.

I was disappointed that they do not carry the Spicy Chicken McNuggets at this location. However, the drive thru drive was fine, and the regular McNuggets were as usual. So, overall, a good experience.
Currently 11:59 just waiting almost probably 25 to 30 mins, all I just ordered on 3 sandwiches, some fries and nuggets. All super simple and easy thing, nothing crazy, kept seeing what looked like a Manger chilling out doing nothing, lot asking if I would be okay waiting, or they need to cook up something. It all would be fine, I've watched another car who was waiting before me just drive off with getting getting there food.Who is running this place?Seeing people walking a out
Had the BIG breakfast! Pancakes were delicious. Enough butter, but 2 syrups would be nice. Eggs and sausage was also good!! Nice meal for price!! Had Coupon for free juice, Nice also!
Just left the drive through because I was told they weren’t talking orders. Told me I had to come inside so obviously computers are working. I guess because it’s pouring rain but never had that happen before.
I had breakfast with my sister after our appointments, breakfast was great we had the McDonald's big breakfast with hotcakes, biscuits, hot sausages, eggs, hash browns, cup a tea ? and Cup of ☕ coffee butter and maple syrup everything was hot and delicious we sat in our car and had breakfast. The young lady that took our order her voice pleasant, the other young lady at the following window she was polite, in overall everything was good. Keep up the good work ?
So I have to repeat my order 3 times. I get the receipt says coke for the happy meal not sprite even though I said it 3 times. The window fixed it but rolled eyes were not appreciated. Then my quarter pounder no cheese, even has the tag saying no cheese. Yet, the burger has cheese. So I have a sick child and now can’t eat my lunch and can’t fix it.
This is one of the worst locations in central Florida. If I could give them 0 stars I would. 20 minute wait for a Burger and fries 4x in the past two months. I've had to reorder almost every time I get to the window from the speaker. I've canceled my order for a refund twice because of ridiculous wait times. I will no longer stop at this location And you should save yourself the trouble as well.
we ordered $30 worth of food from the drive thru and 1 of the item is a double quarter pounder, when we got home and check there was no pounder and we ask to be refund or send us a voucher because we live 20 mins away and the manager told us that we need to drive back so they can give us the burger that they forget to put in the bag! 20 mins for a burger? so i told them no we will not drive for a burger and ask cant they just send us a voucher or do something that they can to replace it….. no they make us drive back in order to get it for something that is their fault…..so we got mad…. we know that they are just worker and manager but atleast try to solve it. for a big fast food they cant send us a voucher to replace it? im just asking for what i order i didnt ask for anything extra!
