Staff members are nice. I went to the drive thru. and I ordered two breakfasts and I payed for two breakfasts and came home with one this is the first time it happened I learned my lesson it doesn't matter if you are in a worry always check your order to make sure the order is correct. I know we all make mistakes ? have a good day
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't let you order at the register. You have to use a kiosk that is very confusing and took me at least 10 minutes just to order an iced coffee. Even when a staff member came over to help, she struggled with it too. The iced coffee was pretty good.
Used the mobile app rewards. Got up to window and the lady stated "we only have bottled drinks and hot coffee" proceeded to take off my "iced" coffee I had for free and charged me for a large "hot" coffee. Pretty much just told me there was nothing they could do about it.
To be honest, I hate McDonald's but I got weak and had to get a Big Mac! The fries weren't the best but hey it's always been hot or miss with McDonald's. I won't be eating McDonald's anymore no matter what. As you get older it's just not good for you! Hey to each his own though just remember your body will pay the price if you keep eating McDonald's.
I was so disappointed about my order. I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and I had nuggets missing in both boxes. I understand that the store was busy but I would of rather wait than they'll be sneaky and not give me my complete order. I always checked to make sure I have all the items I didn't know that I also had to count the nuggets. I didn't find out until I got home.
After I struggling through a random case of nausea the last half of the day, I finally had an appetite just in time for a late dinner. Having a house full of mainly snacks for my children, frozen chicken, and uncooked rice...I didn't much feel like doing the cooking. So I placed a mobile order of a BigMac Pack and a Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich(I really wanted this sandwich). I pulled into the drive thru and politely informed the staff of my mobile order then drove up to the window. I waited a few minutes then was told to pull forward because they were waiting on an item, no big deal that's nothing out of the ordinary. I pulled up, get my food after another minute or so and happily drive off after buckling up my food in the passenger's seat(saftey first). I get home after annihilating my portion of fries, and sit down with my pregnant wife to enjoy our dinner. But then....I grasp the Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich Box...slide it towards me..and open it...anger overwhelms me so quickly that I'm plunged into deep sadness and sorrow..my Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich was missing something.....THE MOTHERF$%^&*IN' CHICKEN!!!!...one star...ya'll should go stand in the corner and think about what you've done...shame shame..
Burgers weren't very fresh and fries were only slightly warm. Took a while to get food. But staff was very nice.
When they have your order ready before you order it how can you not give it 5 stars. I pulled up the Mc app to order a large caramel frappe and it was saying my order was ready and click here when you arrive. So I clicked it and it gave me my order number for drive thru pick up. Wasn't sure what I ordered but figured it was probably a glitch from yesterday's mobile order of caramel frappe. Well that's what I got. Fastest mobile order and pick up I ever had. Life is good!?
For starters I dont want to even give them one star but they make you. READERS IM NOT GIVING THEM A STAR. The manger here seems to always have an excuse on why they are not open at 5am or 6am, and it usually we are "Short Staffed ", sound familiar anyone? I went there this morning against my better judgment because I stopped going there because they say they are open on the app, the internet, even the lights outside and no green cones at the drive thru. I have to be at work at 6am , so I got there at 5:50am with alittle time to spare because my job is like very close. Waited for like a minute to be told they are not open atm because of what "Short Staffed ", bingo. The thing that got me was what's wrong with you the manager taking and making orders, oh I forgot, that's to much to ask for. I ended up going to the one on main street, they had a line, and I still was able to get food and make it on time to work on time. IF ANYONE READS REVIEWS PLEASE DON'T GO THERE at 5am or 6am, YOU WILL BE HANGRY. I will never never never go there again. I can be homeless , dying of starvation, need of something to drink, and still would take it from them if they were giving it away for free. This McDonald's is the worst place to visit in the world.
