I drove thru drive thru on 7/1/2022. I ordered 25 dollar of food. When I arrive at work, I checked my food and discovered. That my order was wrong. Then I called and spoke to the manager. He suggested that I bring the food back. So I explained to him, I'm at work and I can't come back. I've been in hospitality for 27 years. I've never heard of a manager suggesting to bring the food back when a customer get off. I felt he didn't handle the situation right. KFC is one of my favorite restaurants, but for a manager to suggest what he suggested. Didn't sit well with me. Thanks, my name is Eric Brown
Got a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy and got all the way home and realized they didn’t even put gravy on it…. Something so simple shouldn’t be that difficult
They are always of of something! ? I try not to eat out but I went through the other day and they were out of chicken tenders and sweet tea. ? All I can do is pray for this world and the things that are going on to cause all these shortages.?
Fast, efficient service for my mobile order. The manager was super friendly and double checked my order for little things like straws, even though it was extremely busy. Didn't catch her name, but I salute you, Madame Manager!
I wish places that employ lazy employees that don't want to work would just shut down so folks don't waste their time going there! If you want to have an attitude just because someone inconvenienced you by placing an order, JUST SHUT DOWN! Placed an order on KFC's Quick Pick-Up platform in the KFC app and went to pick it up after the app said my order was ready and they told me that they cancel those orders. Called corporate and even the person who answered the phone was baffled. Now I have to sit here and wait for a refund. Just go home if you don't want to work!
The worst service ever. I ordered my food in the drive th and in my bag I couldn't find Napkins or ketchup. I went in to ask for it and they gave me ONE napkin and two ketchup, they seemed broken and dirty. There was no one in the place and I understand perfectly why, who would stay in a place with this service?
They didn't have the chicken sandwich they heavily advertised.The food was hot and delicious. Its the kitchen staff. Lets say not the most productive group I've witnessed.
You don't have to go all the way to Kentucky to get chicken from there who would have thought*I'm only teasing but this place does have really good chicken it's better than Popeyes in my opinion!
terrible terrible Terrible given the wrong chicken (they didn't have strips or popcorn chicken) the biscuit was hard the slaw was dry they answered the phone but then hung up wouldn't answer the phone again CAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE SERVING GARBAGE
Do you like chicken fried in old oil served with a side of stink attitude? If so, spend half your lunch hour in the drive through to be glared at by a KFC employee that hates their life and shows it every time you pay for your food! This location is the pride and joy of Apopka fried chicken dishes, a place where customer service is for the weak. A place where fresh food is served up daily - only in the minds of the customers - who are soon brought back to reality when they bite into their lukewarm chicken. Gobble down some stale green beans cooked in yesterdays dishwater with a side of never cleaned fountain soda. Seriously though, go someplace else if you’re hungry. There are other places that serve fried chicken and treat people with a modicum of respect.
