We love coming to Hurricane's, probably too much. We always have wonderful service including tonight. Cheyanne was our waitress this evening and she was attentive, courteous, and prompt. Our food was correct and delicious. Keep hiring amazing staff like her and we will keep coming back not just for the food, but wonderful staff as well!!!
Highly suggest. Brianna was our server, and she did a fantastic job. The whole staff was very friendly. All of the food And drinks were delicious, and came out fast. We will definitely be back.
Not a good experience. Slow seating and slower service. It took a while to be greeted and even longer to place our order. It took even longer to get our food. The server blamed it on lack of help in the kitchen. Might have been the case.We just don’t have the patience to do it again.Too bad. The garlic parm fries were really good.
Service is slow. Ordered the crispy chicken pecan salad. The kitchen gave me grilled chicken instead of crispy and the plate was filthy!!! Couldn’t the server see that?? That chicken was undercooked and rubbery; wouldn’t give it to my dogs. Returned it. Had to get the manager involved. Tabs were mixed up, and our friends order of awful boneless-wings were credited on my bill?? This was the last time we go. Always an issue there.
Chicken BLT tacos are to die for!! Always good food and service at Hurricanes!
This was my first time coming here and will not be my last! Chole was my waiter and she was sweet and nice, she even danced with me!:) I appreciate Hurricane Grill for having a separate vegan menu which I had the Impossible Philly Cheesesteak Wrap and man that ish was sooooo damn good with Cilantro Lime Rice definitely recommend. Also the flavored Margaritas are the best make sure you mention you want sugar on the rim! Went here on a Wednesday were 506 Crew band was performing and they made it worth while they sang all types of songs! I also meet knew people due to the band being there.
Just ordered 80$ Worth of takeout and got their boneless wings with a side of fries and slaw with their hot garlic parm sauce (which makes the whole dish) and this is what we got. No sauce. Just some nice dry food. Unfortunate because we get wings often from there.
Three people at Rene front desk and no one can figure out how to seat. Good luck getting ANY kind of service. Sat and waited for 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table to greet. 7 pm on a Saturday and no. They weren’t full.
felt almost like chilling out on a cruise good music tasty food and great company.
The service was great the food took a very long time to come out other then this everything else was great!
