Fast Food - found that the store was clean and staff good at their jobs. Food as just right as well.
I loved these hot sandwiches here they are the best for on the go and it is even better that it helps support firemen and their divisions. Much love to firehouse subs!
Subs are great, been perfect every time, and they're not usually very busy. My only issue is the staff usually seems distracted or extremely low energy when i go in.
Food was great, tables were dirty and had to clean them off myself. Service was okay.. a little slow.
The food is good, however I think the price is a bit steep for what you get.
Had to re-evaluate twice I have ordered on line so my wife would not have to wait. But yet she gets there the employees are playing around and the sub isn't made yet she has to wait 10 mins defeats the purpose of ordering on line and also I always say no pickle and yet the still put in there.
Not bad for our 1st time, dined in and was really good my Philly cheese. Definitely will be back.
I have never waited for twenty minute in an empty restaurant for a sandwich before. That would be until now. The staff is very slow and seems preoccupied. Plus they made our sandwich’s all wrong. I could see if they were slammed and having trouble keeping up, but the restaurant is almost completely empty.
The waiting time to long almost 35 minutes for a sub only reason that I'm waiting it's because my food it's already paid need new manager Really bad service
First time here and Roxy was amazing very kind and friendly smile, and my sandwich was fantastic ? will definitely be back ? thanks again, Roxy for being a rock star!!!!!
