Picked up a order to go a couple days ago and I had a small issue. I called back in and told them about it and Walt was an amazing help with no questions asked he immediately rectified it. Amazing customer service and will definitely continue to come here.

My dad and my sister love their sandwiches. They are big and packed with whatever additional u ask them. Facility looks clean and staff are welcoming
I'm so sick of my sub being made wrong . Its 7 out of 10 times .its wrong . Today wrong bread wrong meat and missed the 3rd meat that's supposed to be on it. Geee how dam hard is it to read a order. The recent I get is what I ordered but not the sub. They need new staff Period Only reason I keep going Back is because when they do make it right it's good but 7 wrong first lol

I went in one day to order some subs for my family and there was a short Latina that went to argue with a boy then told him to leave that was very unprofessional.I think talk like that should be in private and not in front of the customers.
Extremely slow service. Everyone in the place is waiting… whether it’s 1 sandwich or a group. And there’s 5 people making them… and nothing is coming out. I’m not sure what’s up. This is not even a backorder of sandwiches here. It’s literally just as if it’s everyone’s first day and no one knows what to do. I’ve been to multiple fire house subs. This has now become a 1 hour experience as if it were a sit down and order restaurant.
The customer service here is absolutely horrible! I won’t be back. This is October 18th at 5:18pm and both of the employees are incredibly rude and won’t even speak two words to guests. There’s 4 of us here right now looking at each other like really they are acting like that… completely ridiculous
They make a great sub and staff is very good!
