Waited 15 minutes in lobby for someone to ask me what I was waiting for. Give them receipt, receive coffee. 6 minutes later receive food, without a bag and it was cold. Manager was not delegating tasks properly.

I went into Dunkin mid morning. There were two people in front of me waiting to order. People were coming in to pick up online orders. 15 minutes later my order was finally taken. The store was out of caramel flavor so I got mocha. The frozen coffee was awful. There was no organization, the staff were not helpful and the overall experience will prevent me from going back

Told me they where not serving latte due to machine being cleaned. Will take about 20 minutes to make a Carmel Latte. Poor Service. Always some kind of issue when I order services! Get it together Dunkin’! Starbucks is better!

This store has amazing staff and service. I was in need of a large amount of coffee for an event. The manager went out of her way to accommodate all of the boxes of coffee I needed by going to different stores. By the time agreed all coffee's were done and ready. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing service I received. You guys really made my day and you guys made everyone was so happy. Thank youuuuu!!!! Definitely will go back!!

The Apopka shop is my favorite. The coffee is always fresh and the staff is awesome. The manager does a great job with her store and employees. They greet us with such a warm smile and takes very good care of us. We bypass other locations just to go to this particular location.

My husband and I usually love this location but it has been so lackluster the last few times we’ve been. It seems as if they’re just throwing BRAND NEW employees on the drive-through with zero training and it leads to a lot of confusion and messed up orders. Please give your employees time to learn the menu and the computer system before you throw them to the wolves.

I’ve been to this location twice and twice I’ve gotten the same nasty flavored drink. I’m a daily Dunkin’ customer, I have my Neighboor hood Dunkin’ spot, which has not let me down, unlike this place. The first visit, my husband had to go inside and get the drink fixed because it was the wrong flavor. The second time I ask for the same drink and I get the same nasty flavor but this time I didn’t have a chance to take it back so I had to eat that loss and throw away money on a drink I couldn’t drink! I was left upset, thirsty & groggy since I didn’t get my caffeine fix. This spot needs to do better! I’ll be avoiding this location from now on, unfortunately.

I went in to order and I was ignored on front counter for 5 min. I came in to have some coffee and get some work done. I git my work done but did it with no caffeine. Internet is great at this location which I why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Wont be back though.

Little dark skin girl with a miserable attitude needs to act like she got home training and learn to talk to people correctly. Her job is to LISTEN and make drinks not cut people off and try to argue with them over ice. I’m not the one struggling for money in this situation so if I say I want extra ice that doesn’t mean I want a large drink. I wanted extra ice because I was getting an extra shot of espresso, but I never got that far in my order before she started talking crazy over ice and threatening that the manager was listening… good maybe they could help you understand how ordering coffee works!
