This location is excellent, the food was fresh, hot and came out quickly. The staff is very friendly and stay on top of things. We will definitely be back for more.
The peanut buster parfait with peanut butter in the center is always the best. And their strawberry sundaes are fantastic. I love their peanut buster parfait they are nice enough to put peanut butter in the center for me and they make my mom's strawberry sundae fantastic. Their lunches are even good. But I'm sorry to say Denny's makes better milkshakes. They don't taste like they have fake flavoring and sometimes Dairy Queen does. I'm sorry guys but that's just how it is.
Been going to Dairy Queen ever sense I can remember. Still love going. Nice people and still have the chicken and gravy with fries I love.also love the off the grill burgers
Got a couple blizzards but they weren't mixed very well. The bottom of my chocolate ice cream turned into vanilla. ?♀️ But it was a blizzard and still delicious.
Poor communication. Did not get all of order. Food inedible(so greasy an too much mayo)(fries eew) by time home(10min). One beverage was ...water. We do realize how difficult times can be and of course we will return. Tiana
Love Dairy Queen. Wish we had one closer than Apopka. Great banana splits & blizzards. Love their meal deals. Seven dollars for your meal drink and a dessert!
Service was mediocre. Food wasn't good at all. Burgers were dry and missing items that were supposed to be on them, lettuce was literally brown and spoiled, cheese curds were sour so I am sure they were already spoiled before cooking, one drink was supposed to be Sprite but was water, other sodas were flat with not much flavor. Worst Dairy Queen we've ever been to and won't be back. I'll drive longer for somewhere better.
The concept of customer service is totally lacking here. The chocolate blizzard looked and tasted like chocolate was almost non existent. No offer to remake it or apology offered. I have experienced this before but will not experience it again. I will not return.
The owners have been here for awhile. The store is usually clean and even if it’s busy the orders are 98%accurate. Usually very fresh.
No Butterscotch dipped cone and my blizzard wasn't blended at all. They didn't even serve it upside down like they're suppose. Most of the staff was standing around doing nothing. The cone that was ordered was served crooked as could be and was barely dipped. Either the staff needs some training or a new crew period.
