This place has just gotten to be unbearable. Our pickup orders are regularly 45 mins late and they give zero apologies or acknowledgement when you stand around for over half an hour waiting for them to make your food. Also, THIS is what $10 looks like folks - this is what my bowl looked like when I took off the lid. Just terrible all around

I did an online order because it was free queso day with online or app orders only. My bag was placed on the pickup rack. I grabbed the bag, opened it to make sure my chips and queso were in the bag. For back to the hotel and I had an order for someone named Kaley. Was so irritated and frustrated. I just contacted 'chat with pepper' and they gave me a reward for a free entree. And Kaley's bowl said 1 out of 2, which means they screwed up her order as well. I just hate being out of town, getting off work, stopping somewhere familiar, getting back to my hotel, and then the food is wrong. So next time I guess I should check the name on my bowl as well.

This location is my favorite Chipotle location in the Longwood area. It's always stocked full of everything I want and the lines are never too bad. What really made me love this location was this one worker, I didn't catch his name but he's around 5'5, really muscular, and has keeps his hair in a man bun. He made sure I was attended to and was very respectful the whole time. The only reason why I'm not giving this place a 5 star review is that the dude previously mentioned in this post usually works nights and isn't there during lunch time.

Out side of the fact that this location had incorrectly made my order, I had placed the it online at 12:00pm for pick up at 2pm and it was 20 mins late. When I arrived they told me they didn’t even have my order in the system and that they, “might have to make it.”I had one chicken bowl and one veggie bowl but somehow chicken ended up in both. I’m a vegetarian so that was pretty inconvenient to say the least. I ordered 2 drinks as well and both were room temperature.Another customer that was in line with me struck up conversation because he was also waiting for awhile but I didn’t have it as bad as him. His order was over an hour late.If you’re looking for food in a timely manner and prepared efficiently, this location isn’t for you ??

So this has to be the saddest bowl I have ever seen. Be nice if I actually got what I paid for. No way is this bowl full! I have not eaten anything from this. Will not be going back!

I love the food usually, but the service if you walk in to the restaurant takes FOREVER. They have so many online orders that they spent over half their time filling those orders. Meanwhile, it seems even those customers are standing around waiting for their orders to be ready. The employees seemed to be working hard, and pleasant enough under the circumstances, but they definitely need a new system of filling orders. Yikes!

All the food was a half portion even though I paid full price the chips were stale and everything was cold I was missing items from my order. I couldn’t get in contact with a person at the store when I called and the chat option was horrible. All the offered was free chips a guacamole for the missing items. Not even a refund. I ordered ahead and pick up in store it would be inconvenient for me to drive all the way back to get my money back. The chat wasn’t even working but you can’t speak to someone on the phone. They make it inconvenient so people won’t bother trying to get their money back. I would never buy food here again.

Even though chipotle is one of my favorites, I’ve had to stop eating at this location because the staff/service is greatly lacking. After weeks of having issues with my orders, (I gave them so many chances because I enjoy eating here so much), I had to quit coming to this location after being treated terribly. After patiently waiting 45 mins by the register for my “lost” order the lady who worked on my order gave me attitude and yelled at me, it was mortifying. I then spoke with the manager, she told me she could refund me but not if I kept my order, after waiting almost an hour, naturally I was starving & I needed to eat, I didn’t want to leave the bowl, so the manager said she couldn’t do anything for me, I was dumbfounded. She then said she would make an exception and void my transaction in the app (I mobile ordered) but that never happened. I reached out to chipotle when this situation happened but they never dignified me with an acknowledgment. We are disappointed, my family & I would order from here on a weekly basis and we miss it but we’ll never go back to this location after what happened. Oh well, you win some and you lose some. i usually eat at chipotle a lot especially this location but the past few times i’ve been it’s like they stopped caring , my food was not fresh , i wasn’t able to get a lot of stuff on the line as it was “only for online” but the reason i didn’t do online is because i’m never given enough food then as they just put a little bit. Additionally to those problems my vingerette top was never on correctly and spilled in my car and bag and i was left with no sauce , dirty car , and stains on my clothes . I’m a fan of chipotle but this is completely out of hand , from someone who’s worked in similar services i feel it’s not hard to do your job with empathy and make the bowl for customers as if it was yours . I’ll be calling manager but posted this so my picture can be seen and let others know what they are getting into

The quality of food and service at this location is awful. My delivery order featured brown guacamole, no chips, and a smushed, cold burrito. Zero recovery effort to get the issue corrected because I used a delivery service, but the delivery service wasn't the issue. The restaurant left out the chips and placed the old nasty guacamole in my bag. Now I'm stuck with a disgusting half complete dinner and the restaurant will do nothing to fix the issue. Refunds don't get my food replaced or delivered in adequate condition. Absolutely disappointed.
