This place has really gone down hill! It’s Chilis so I’m not expecting wonders but the last few times I’ve been there MOST of the tables sit with dirty dishes. Refills on drinks only come when you ask for them as does napkins, sides and everything else. Sadly, there are not a lot of places around this area but I would rather grab a frozen pizza over downing money here again.
Horrible..... I had a party of 10 arrived at 8:45pm.... Host was ready to seat my party when waitress approached with a attitude stating to the host you need to give me 15min before you seat them. After the wait she had a horrible attitude, but didn't want to complain (fear of food being tampered with) so remained silent as she rudely waited on us. When the food came out it was just as bad as the service at least 6ppl in the party had ORIGINAL chicken crispers and all plates that had them the chicken was over cooked (crunchy & tough) majority of the ppl ate 2 tenders and we took the rest home and gave to the animals. Manager never came to check on service or quality of food.
The server was very nice and gave us great customer service. However the food was just OK. I wish I could say it was better but it was not.
Drink was amazing. Food could have been a bit better. Steak was burnt and was quite small. Great service overall.
GiGi is the best bartender ever! My girlfriend and I came here yesterday after a long, grueling week and got to enjoy some much needed girl time and GiGi made the experience great ? We love her! Beautiful
It wasn't horrible, but unfortunately it wasn't the best either. Our server was awesome, she tried to make up for the kitchens mistakes. The food was like on opposite day or something. The ribs were cold, the chicken crispers were soggy, the corn was burnt and the fries were warm so I was confused to eat anything. But all in all I'd try them again because one experience doesn't define the whole place.
This place has become the absolute last place anyone should want to eat. Every time we try to come recently there have been issues and now the bar is no longer seat yourself. They can’t figure out their staffing issues even thou they ghosted my sister when she applied at the heart of the pandemic. The ownership team should see other chilis aren’t having the same staffing issue so maybe they have a management issue.
Waitress was great. Food was something I wouldn't feed to a stray dog. Then when I paid an up charge of $1+ this is what I was served. Check picture. Chicken tasted like it was cooked the week before. Probably because they aren't fast enough to actually make food fresh. Portions of the sides for the nachos were laughable! I could sneeze more than I was served. Very disappointing... I used to like this place...
Excellent service and the food was wonderful also.
I love the bartender that’s here nights mon-fri. My husband. And i come in every so often and he’s always the one working. Always remembers what we drink and always has a up eat attitude
