First they gave my food to someone else, and then when I got my food it was wrong. Ever since the original operator, Britt, passed away...this location isn't what it used to be. The food was hot though, so yay for that!
We went here because there isn't a McDonald's in town that doesn't have a play place open. Well, it's closed here too. The cashier would not give me an explanation other than "Oh well, sorry about that. Please pay our outrageous prices while your kids hearts break," or something like that. This was a serious disappointment to my children and to us. I guess kids as a whole to society are an inconvenience these days. Smh. Looks to me that this sign is pretty permanent.
This is the worst Chick-fil-A every. They make you wait 45 min in line just to tell you that they don’t have what you ordered (a salad) and they give you a refund and say have a nice day. Thank you now I get to be late to work and go back with no lunch.
Delicious food. Prices could be less expensive. Overall, still a great place to sit down and eat. I would recommend this place
The manager of the store won’t open the play place because he claims there’s not enough staff to clean it and because of Covid. Really… it’s outside?!?? Seriously I think it’s so ridiculous that I have to drive to Altamonte because you refuse to open the play place. This Chick-fil-A has the worst ratings for a reason, I’m guessing because the manager doesn’t know how to run a store. Your lines are always long, no curbside, no play area for kids and employees don’t smile.
By far probably the worst Chick-Fil-A around. I gave it to Stars cuz the chicken still taste okay set in line 25 minutes waiting on my food the cars are lined up down the road say PDQ in Altamonte is 10 times better the service is better the food is better I can walk in and out of there with five orders in less than 5 minutes let me see you do that Chick-fil-A not to mention their food taste better and y'all is Waffle flries are really Bland.If I could give any advice to the people around go to PDQ in Altamonte you won't have to wait and you'll be way more satisfied with the food
Went to Chick-fil-A for lunch order the number one with extra pickles as you can see by the pictures the extra pickles I got thanks Chick-fil-A for the pickle butts!!
Just wanted a beverage and snack to share. Asked for a different dressing, since I don't like Bleu cheese. Wasn't informed about that salad having bits of Blue cheese throughout, which was disappointing since I couldn't eat my half.
Terrible lines, had to repeat my order 5 times and twice in person and they still got my order wrong. The line was backed up at the window and the person Infront wanted a refund so it backed up the entire like for 5 mins
I stopped coming to this CFA but idk what changed but drive through us much faster and efficient. Used to back up on 436. New approach is great!
