Order was correct, food was food .However the girl at the pick up window , I didn't drive thru , gave me my order, said hava good day , one of the cooks , dude looked like snoop dogg, said , hold on sir , got one more for ya , .He made sure the ordered was complete.?ten stars for snoop dogg...
A big thank you to Sophia for helping me get my card when I dropped it at the window. I couldn’t get out of the car to pick it up and she ran out to get it… I was so sorry I did that but she was so sweet about it! I don’t give reviews easily but when somebody stands out with great customer service and friendliness topped off with a smile well it just says a lot about that person. She has made Apopka Checkers my favorite drive through! You rock Sophia!
I have always had a good experience until tonight , I waited 30 min to get my regular sized order not exaggerating..
Charlotte NC had a Checkers years ago. Food was always A-1. So every time I go to Florida, Checkers is a MUST. Bring Checkers back to Charlotte
I will never go to this checkers on John Young parkway and colonial Drive again. It took 30 minutes to get to the window then I had to wait another 3 minutes for my food. When I inquired as to why they told me to keep people's foods fresh they're only cooking one order at a time?! And then to top it off when I got home I order was wrong.
I love checkers burgers the fries are good too the whole menu is good Great place to eat lunch for dinner
Sophia is such a delight! I come almost everyday and no matter the day or time. She is always so pleasant and sweet, as well as professional. My food is always hot. And she makes sure my order is never wrong. This is prolly the best checkers I've been to. Thanks Sophia!
If you go to pick up they ignore you and some workers have their pants down and I hear cussing very unpleasant experience plus my wife's sandwich was all nroken and half of .gone stay away if you cqn
Late night crew always complains. "Another motherf in line" Closes early at random and removes items from menu when they don't feel like making them. Complain loudly about customers with the window open "I told them we only doing 1 through 10 " "motherf trying to make whole meals" and so on. Pretty pathetic attitudes as a whole
