I have tried 12 of them but she prove me right and help me gaining high profit. Their white pizza (Bianca) has been the best I have had in Apopka.it was moist, very flavorful, and the crust was crispy. Overall, a great experience with my pizza. I took away a star because the arugula salad was literally a ball of plan arugula, no dressing, no lemon, not as described. But that will not stop me from going back and trying other dishes.
Everything tasted so fresh & homemade. The servers also worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!
Very good atmosphere, it feels like you are indeed in an Italian restaurant. Staff is very nice. The pasta is very tasteful and of a big portion. The pizza is okay, the ingredients are def fresh but it can definitely use a little more tomato sauce (un po' di più di passata di pomodoro). The dough reminds me more of a NY style crust rather than an Italian one. My favorite part is that they sell some of their items to the public. The strawberry tiramisu is delicious as well as the lentils soup (minestra di lenticchie).
Haven’t been here in over 5 years and the service we got was impeccable. The fettuccine Roberto is my favorite dish and it was still as good as I remember. Everyone was so loving towards my son, made us feel right at home. Absolutely love this place.
My family and I decided to try cafe Positano. I have to say for it being as busy as it was we only had a ten minute wait. Our server was fast and courteous, however, the garlic knots seemed like it was drenched in butter and covered with so much fresh garlic that it could keep vampires away from you in a ten mile radius! The rest of our food was delicious.
Would have given a 4 star, and probably should give a 2 as I was really irritated that their menu costs are cash only as the check shows the total of each item plus tax as a cash only amount and then they add on a credit card fee amount if you use a credit card. We've been there many times over the years and enjoyed the food and service, but I'm afraid this new cash versus credit card pricing will keep our families from returning. Besides, I carry very little cash and don't want to deal with that.
My favorite place. The best penne a la vodka, the best chocolate lava cake, the best rolls and salad dressing. I miss it already. Anthony Jesse and the staff are like family to my family who go there weekly. I only get to go when I fly a few thousand miles on holiday. :-(Looking forward to my next visit!
I got manicotti as a takeout meal. It was delicious!! It tasted like Italian food I've eaten in Northern NJ/NYC. The sauce was perfect.
