Worst service ever!! The few times I've gone they have attitude. I just went through and sat at the speaker for about 5 mins and noone said anything, I drove to the window for a min and noone. Then I drove off and saw an employee outside talking to someone in a car. This will be my last time going there ever.
Staff is very unprofessional, majority of the staff are teens that are cursing and playing amongst eachother while the manager stands there watching without saying a word. Only halfway decent thing was the food.
Not a great experience. To be fair, the food was fine, but the person at the counter was in a terrible mood and it showed. At one point they started bad-mouthing a customer who was waiting for an order of fries that didn't come in their order. Customer was perfectly polite about it, just waiting to get someone's attention, but Counter Employee was just muttering under their breath about how annoying it was.I think they're short staffed; I only ever saw two employees actually taking orders and delivering food. There was a third employee with a laptop bag walking back into the kitchen (presumably to their office) and taking all the time in the world to get there, no hustle. This was around 12:30 pm by the way, dead middle of lunch.
I and my fiancé live in the area and OFTEN visit the drive-thru after 9:00 pm after a softball game or tennis match. More often than not, we are informed that "their system is down, so they cannot take our order". AGAIN, just last night, went through drive-thru, no response from inside, drove around building, saw 1 person inside. My fiance' called the store, they picked up then hung up. We went across the street to Arby's (as usual) and saw 5 cars in a span of 10 minutes experience the same - no response. I can't imagine how much revenue this is costing the owner! ?
The food was disgusting, burger bun was extremely hard and this is the 1st time I've experienced this at this location.Please take a note stop giving your customers old food sitting in the heat lamp.
Very nice place, clean and organized. Superb customer service. I highly recommend this Burger King!
I witnessed an older gentleman walk up to the counter with his to go order and state that it was cold. Mind you he was in front of me and returned as I placed my order. Throw it in the toaster, he was told.It shouldn't be cold he said. Maybe the mayo cooled it down. They would not acknowledge an issue. Just take it and toast it. He said aw he'll no......turns around and throws the bag in the trash and leaves. I am so done with all the poor service at these places. There was no Ice, ketchup, straws, napkins all at the register.Tables dirty.You have officially been added to my list. I will share this with everyone I know.I hope you close your doors forever.Customer no more!!!
Went to order. Drive thru was empty. Lights were on, employees were visible from the windows. Was the only car there, waited 10 minutes periodically asking if anybody was there. No answer. Finally got fed up and left.Looking at some of the other reviews, it's just sad. Went to this BK alot as a kid and to see it in such a sorry state... Just no.
Lol I feel like this location needs to be looked into by corporate. They are ALWAYS trying to close at least an hour early, takes 5 minutes to get a response at the DRIVE THRU order box, they are always ‘our of everything’. I saw all the employees literally sitting, doing nothing, and it took them five minutes to say hello. If you don’t want to work, then don’t work. There are other places you can work and have little to no responsibility. ?
Lukewarm food served by an extremely disinterested employee. I love their fries but ours were Meh. We were in the drive thru (as the only car) for 13 min, order til food.
