Second one I went to today trying to get a burger...all I've gotten. Was attitude and still no burger. I pull up and I was worried they were closed...but honestly I have yet to have a good experience and won't be trying again. They should close or get new management....ridiculous
I stopped going to the Apopka Burger King because going through the drive-thru I was sitting there did this twice sat there for 10 minutes watched my clock on my phone nobody even acknowledged that I was there and this is a month apart that this happened and after 10 minutes of sitting there and they not even acknowledging that I was there I left. I now go to the one on hiawassee because the service is faster and better and the food is better as well the fries don't taste like they sat there for 100 years they actually taste fresh. I will never go to the Apopka Burger King ever again they suck!
It is only open at Drive thru, they are always out of something from drinks to fries today they had no buns for whoppers.!!!! I am done trying this one. I will drive 1 1/2 miles to the next burger king
This store recently reopened but it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. When I was here I heard a lady scream swear words at a manager in front of her daughter. High class here.Oh, don't expect to get it your way. When I came by they were out of Whopper buns. They wanted me to have my sandwich on a much smaller Whopper Jr bun. I canceled the order. GST people.
How do you operate a fast food place and upon arriving to the window you’re greeted with“we don’t have cheese, onions, pickles or tomatoes”Do yourself a favor and keep driving. This place is a joke.Edit:Gods honest truth I spoke to a manager and complained about the fact they literally didn’t have anything. Now no chicken either. I was disgusted, food its not that great anymore, i used to eat here often since 87 , there was always many people enjoying the good food, today any day barely two three or no people eating here, what i see everytime now is employees horseplaying or goofing around noisily with their boyfriends; a regular meal now is a small everything, the soda machine it's been messed up long time , soda tastes like soda water , mixture is wrong, french fries like chewing cardboard and theres no ketchup, and dont even apologize for not having it for our cardboard french fries. Are they cutting corners to save or make more money??? I didn't like the service nor the food.

It's Burger King. We've pretty much all been there so there's not much to say. This specific location has the inside dining area locked most of the time, however the other day my car was overheating and I couldn't wait in line, so I knocked on the door and they did make an exception and let me in to order. They were super kind and fast. I had been there maybe 2 weeks prior and there were only two people working the entire store. I was talking to one of the employees about it and how bad I felt for the workers because that's just entirely too much work for only two people to do. And then all the sudden she came back with this little card that you could punch holes in it every visit to earn free product for me. She said she was giving it to me for my patience and understanding the last time I was there. Which I thought was extremely nice of her. This time they had I would say an average amount of employees in there. So apparently they had done some hiring. Which is better for them, and therefore better for the customers. All of the employees at this location really did go above and beyond and we're extremely pleasant and respectful and efficient. I was honestly impressed because they were all so young.
I came twice before and had to back out because nobody would answer me thru speaker and didn't know if they were open. Now 3rd and last time I will come here and had to back out again after 5 minutes and several times saying hello because I cant tell if there ignoring me or their speakers broken. Theres no sign that says its broken but there is one that's says they are open. Could've fooled me. If you want a good Burger King store, go to the one off Semoran. It's less than 7 minutes away and the wait time is alot less. Save yourself the aggravation and time wasted here Go to Semoran one.
The worst choice I've ever made.. The place was basically empty, with one employee on her phone and 2 others wandering around as I waited for someone to take my order. After taking my order, I waited about 25 minutes as I watch one employee prepare my sandwich with 1 hand. The spicy chicken sandwich seemed as if it was refried because it was soaked in oil and totally broke apart as I bit into it.
