Very bad customer service. Had to wait and no waitress. Had to ask hostess.My husband, Had chewed an alive, for headache, before entering.Was burning his throat. Ask for glass of water from hostess.Ask are you buying food.Yes and explained why need water. She had to go in back Ask manager.then came out said ok. Then went to get his water.
I just ate at this restaurant and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I was there specifically to have a beer or two, eat dinner and watch the Stanley cup finals game. The food was good however the customer service was maybe the worst I've ever had. To begin with, there was 1 tv out of about 50 I'm guessing with the game on so I choose a booth where I would have a good view of the game. The second period was coming to an end and the family 2 booths up asked to watch the cfl football game. When I noticed that their server was changing the one tv that had the Stanley cup game on I spoke up and said "hey, I'm watching that. Please don't change it as it's the only tv in here with the game on." The server responded with a laugh and said verbatim "oh please, you weren't watching that" and proceeded to laugh. She didn't think at all to change one of the other TVs to make me satisfied and just walked off. I was considering staying for the 3rd period and thought I would just go home as I was pretty rattled by this point. I called the store on my way home and asked to speak with a manager. I explained my view, she said she would find out who it was but didn't provide a solution. I then proceeded to say that she's going to lose a customer over this and said she's ok with losing a customer over a tv channel. I then proceeded to say, that's not how you handle this situation. What you should've said is you'll make it right by offering to have me back and offering me something as I'm clearly upset over this. I then asked to speak with a manager who will actually help me and she told me she was the manager and even the owner will agree with her answer as they have many more customers who enjoy their food and service. Appalled by the comment, I told her I would then call corporate and she responded smirking over the phone "good luck. We're not corporate."How in the world is this ok?! I want a response from the owner on this. Not a good look.
We have missed having the wings at Beef's!!! All locations here in Gainesville Florida has closed down. The wings were amazing, the sauce was amazing and the service was AMAZING.. Katie you are a wonderful lady and wish you the best in your next journey in life. Sorry no pictures, actually there was no time as soon as they came out we dove in!!
I like this place. It's a regional franchise. But this location doesn't feel like a franchise. It feels like a neighborhood eatery. Food is great. Drinks are cold. I can't ask for more than that...And did I mention the staff? From the owner to the server to the bartenders. Such nice people. Worth every penny I pay here.

Service was great and very friendly. Took our dog with us and the staff brought out a bowl of water for him. Food was very good, didn't have to wait on drink refills they were on it.
Good dinner. Food quality very good. Service was good. All elements you look for when picking a place when from out of town and rolling the dice without any past history to call on.
When in Florida I love to hit the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. This one in Apopka is by far my favorite. They are not all equal. Great menu but I go for the fajitas. Our server today was Veronica, she’s awesome.
Ordered online for pickup. Food was exactly as described. However, from the moment I walked into the door, the service was stellar. 2 different hostess asked how they could help me and 2 different employees from behind the bar asked if I had been helped. Generally that type of customer service is saved for dine in. I was pleasantly surprised.
