First of all the food was delicious but that’s not the only reason for this review. While at Zoe’s I got to witness effective, compassionate management first hand. Most people know that managing people is not for the faint at heart. While we can’t control other people’s behavior, we can control how we respond to it and I watched Livvy, the manager on duty respond to what could have been a bigger deal, by appealing to the employee’s sense of self worth and letting him know how appreciated he is. She even took the blame by saying she doesn’t tell him enough. That is leadership and Livvy is a shining example of a great employee and person. Zoe’s has great food every time I come here and upper management needs to know when people are doing a great job as well. You can’t coach that type of character!

Our Family is new to FL and where we came from there was No Zoës Kitchen. So my first time there (PICKING UP FOOD) I asked a man about it turns out it was the Mgr. RON (GREAT EXPERIENCE) he explained the freshness and culture Midwestern middle eastern style food. He proceeded by saying you should try it an even went beyond what i was expecting an offered me one free meal. Went home told my wife an we ended up purchasing 3 meals one which they gaveto us free and it was delicious. Definitely will be back. Thank you for the experience. The whole staff was great by the way.

I eat at Zoe’s kitchen at least 5 days a week for lunch and besides the food being phenomenal and consistent, I come to this location because all the staff are extremely welcoming and attentive. I cannot say enough good things about Livvy and Karla who take my order daily. There enthusiasm and level of service exceeds my expectations every time and they make it a point to ask about my meal and make sure I am a happy customer. Finally I am overly impressed with Ron having worked in the restaurant industry. He truly cares about his customers and his level of pride on a daily basis to deliver the best is next to none. I truly appreciate all the staff at this location who makes lunch on a daily basis so enjoyable. Thank you, this place is the best!

This is my first dining experience at Zoe’s Kitchen. I had lunch with my friend there. Very friendly cashier, courteous service, and relaxing settings. I ordered Mediterranean chicken. It tasted very good. Livy was that cashier. Thumbs up.

Mediterranean cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Steak, chicken and salmon kabobs with fire roasted corn, hummus, and salads. About $51.00 for 3 meals with drinks.

It was my first time here and, wow, I’m a new fan!! Everything was so fresh and flavorful!! A huge THANK YOU to Livvy for guiding me and offering great suggestions. She was so sweet and friendly!! I told her I’ll definitely be back!!!

First time here .. Great flavorful food and very courteous staff .. We will be coming more …

What a fantastic experience! I stopped by Zoës Kitchen in Altamonte, and informed the manager Jim that I was planning dinner for my daughter’s birthday party of 12. Jim was courteous, professional and very helpful. He sat with me at a table, explained the menu in detail and made good recommendations. So, I placed the order, which was ready for pickup on time the following day, including the plates and utensils. Spicy Chicken Kabobs and steak kabobs were amazing: they were cooked to perfect temperature, tender and delicious. Turmeric rice, roasted vegetables and side sauces were very tasty as well. My guests loved the food. I would highly recommend Zoës Kitchen to friends and family.

I really wish companies would stop using "we're understaffed" as an excuse for just plain poor service and bad attitudes. The wrong order was brought to my table and when I brought this to the managers attention, he went on some diatribe about how over worked / understaffed he was and all I said was, "I think you gave me someone else's order" I get it, you're stressed but that's not an excuse to treat people poorly and with such a flippant attitude. A simple "My apologies, what did you order" would be sufficient. All the staff in the world won't make your day any better/easier if you simply don't know how to politely engage with people.

Used to love this location & Mgr. there. Last few times there a different Mgr. ( thin, dark hair) Is there- very annoying! He races back & forth like he’s had 3 espresso drinks, talks loudly to the employees (we can hear him easily sitting by the window trying to have a quiet lunch!) Last time there he was complaining to the employees about someone who had called in for a curbside order, and then reprimanded an employee for something! We felt sorry for the people who had to work under him! Don’t know where the other nice Mgr. Went?! Makes us not eager to return!?
