Wings were great however picking up your food can ruin an appetite. My shoes are stuck to the floor. Trash everywhere while 2 counter persons stare at their phone. Soda splattered all over the walls and counter.
Service is always slow and rude but i can usually deal with it because the food is good. Today I walked in the girl at the register had ear pods in and acted like I was disturbing her, asked for my order and was mocked. Then I got my order get home and they gave me the wrong flavor wings and blue cheese instead of ranch . I ordered a large ranch and have 4 bucks of blue cheese in the trash
The wings are a good size, but some of the sauces need work. I wish the pick up times on the website were more accurate, by the time I grabbed my food a lot of it was already cold. I know there was some down time, but I kind of had to grab someone's attention to get my order.
I’ve gone to this location many times in the past 12 years.. but clearly they’ve gotten new management that does not care about the franchise. I called tonight to make an order after work.. 45 minutes before closing.. they completely ignored my phone calls. So I drive myself to wing stop.. it’s now 30minutes before close and they tell me that they have already shut down the fryers and are no longer taking orders. When I asked to speak to who was in charge two young girls told me that their lead left for the night. So this location just does what they want when they want. It’s pathetic and completely unprofessional.
My order was wrong and no way to get a credit on my card because the person that took the order put it in wrong. So now I can get a “store” credit only. This credit is only good in that store none of the others in the chain. One star is too high a rating
Addicted to wings, and I would say this location is a great spot for sauce varieties and fry-meal bundles.
Okay girls (clapping) you girls didn’t play tonight!!! I’m new to Florida, so I was apprehensive about going to any Wingstop due to the ratings. My order was cooked to perfection! The fries were on point! (I rarely eat my Wingstop fries, but I ate all of these). I usually come home and put my wings in the oven, but I didn’t have to tonight because my wings were cooked to perfection. Thank you girls!
I literally came to this location twice. The first time I ordered my food, I ordered to go. Upon coming to pick up my food, I waited a good 20 minutes before the employees there realized that my order has been waiting there the entire time. I came in today, ordered to go. Upon picking up, the same exact thing happened again. The co worker there was more focused on closing the store, when she could have looked behind her and saw that my order was sitting there, after waiting another 20 minutes, followed up with an empty apology. Word of advice, having worked in the food industry for 5 years. When someone comes to pick up an order, check to see if the order is there before working on something else to avoid them from having to possibly wait almost half an hour.
Do not go to this location go the extra distance to the Casselberry location. The customer Service is trash and ghetto. Cashier is upfront and seems annoyed to be at work, workers are in the back loud and overly laughing while people are waiting forever for their food. I ordered food over the phone ahead of time and when I got to the establishment my daughter and I still had to wait 30mins for our food. We get home which is 20mins away and the order was completely wrong fries were soggy and full of oil and I was missing an item from order so I call establishment and I was transferred to a manager. Explained what happened and she took my name and said come back in tomorrow give your name and we will replace your items. I get there today, I wait 15/20 mins for them to fumble through papers to find my name so they can give me fries and corn that was missing from my order. I added 10 wings to go with that replacement fries and Cajun corn. I waited another hr for my food as I’m listening to staff joke around and take their time to provide service to people. I finally get my food after I complained about the wait and of course no apology or anything was given to accommodate the inconvenience. I get home and my corn is completely dried out, I didn’t even bother calling back because I have no intention of going back for another messed up order. Horrible customer service and I won’t be back
The most horrible customer service ever. Extremely long wait times even after you place it online and it says it will be ready in 20 minutes, you still have to wait an additional 25-30 minutes after you get there. Pay for all flats and don't get what you pay for. Fries are always soggy and gross and the thighs are a joke. Won't be coming back ??
