I avoid this location. The one across chickfila is way better. If you decide to go here out of desperation or distance, be prepared to wait. There is usually a long line wrapped around. It doesn't matter if there is a long line or just you waiting at the speaker. They will make you wait at least 5 mins per each car. I'm not sure why they chose this process but it's very annoying. Maybe they are trying to catch up and a couple of times was told that they were short staffed and had only 2 workers. One time there was 5 cars ahead of me and I had no choice but to wait because it was for my picky son. I fell asleep and took like a 5 min nap because the wait was so long. When you get to the speaker they don't greet you and just make you wait. Time is valuable and this is not how you treat your customers. I refuse to go here.
This used to be a five star Wendy's. That is no longer the case. A real shame to see this one go down the toilet.I used to frequent this Wendy's about a year ago. I moved from the area temporarily and have returned to see it is being run like a circus. Customer service is non-existent. It's comparable to one of those novelty restaurants that disrespect you on purpose.I ordered 2 biggie bags today and it seemed as if I was hassling you. I'm sorry that I in error decided to give your location any of my business. I'm sorry that you are evidently volunteering to take orders and in no way being compensated. At least that's what the attitude tells me.Wendy's used to pride themselves on being the freshest; the best fast food around. What an absolute joke you have made of yourselves. I used to remember when I would debate whether to patronize this location or go to Chick-fil-A. That question thankfully no longer exists. Chick-fil-A runs miles around you, around the board.I wish that this location could return to it's former self, but it would take quite the biblical miracle on a scale of parting the Red Sea to pull their heads out of their rears. I have been coming to this Wendy's since they built it. It is at the worst I have ever tasted it. The friendly people have vanished the service has vanished the quality of the food has vanished. They are turning into a Burger King. But I guess if the food keeps going down it's better to pack a lunch
Always serving all the way up till 2AM not like others Wendy's (2200 W State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32779) that be closing way before scheduled hours (12am they be closing at 11pm with the open sign still ON!), now this location it's by far the best within the area deserve 6 stars!! Good, Fast & Friendly Staff !! At least with me it has always been like this, this feedback is based in my own experience, I know it can be different depending the hours or crew, I usually go here late night.
Who doesn't like donuts? Love their croissant sandwiches too. I do miss the large variety they used to have. The Midnight coffee is also a favorite.
Customer service on 5/27/2022 was AMAZING. Typically my experience at fast food places isn't anything to make mention of. This night, their computer system was down. I called because my DoorDash order was canceled. The woman I spoke to offered to call me back when it was back up.. and she actually did about 10 minutes later. I decided to go to the store and went through the drive-thru. The guy took my order without issue, asked if I needed anything else, asked questions to clarify my order, and even checked to see if they had cookies when I asked. All with a smile showing through the speaker screen. This continued at the window when I pulled up and decided to change a thing or two at the window (my side and drinks). The woman and man were both at the window helping each other and confirming what I asked for and we just happy to help. A truly exceptional experience in an age where customer service is typically forgotten. Not these people. They are top-notch. I will personally come to this specific Wendy's in the future, JUST BECAUSE of how they treated me and accommodated me well after 11pm in the evening. I leave reviews for bad experiences, but also make it a point to leave reviews when my experience is fantastic. I don't remember their names, but they were both amazing people. Thanks!

The efficiencies of Wendy's have been sporadic to say the least. Sometimes I can pick up food and I'm out of the drive-thru in less than 3 minutes and then other days it seems like I'm waiting on a fully cooked meal at a high-end restaurant where I'm expected to wait 20 to 30 minutes before I am served my food but while I'm in the driveway of a Wendy's.That being said I personally think Wendy's has some of the best burgers for a drive-thru fast food. They far surpass Burger King and McDonald's in terms of flavor. There new fry recipe is also amazing. Far better than McDonald's or Burger king. Obviously for anyone who loves checkers fries as much as I do they don't really compete with checkers fries but that's not really a comparison because they aren't exactly the same thing.I do wish the prices at Wendy's weren't quite so high. You should definitely use the app because they occasionally have coupons and deals that are nice for the price. I'm not opposed to paying high prices for high quality food but let's be real this is fast food and I should be able to get a combo for like 6 bucks not 11 bucks.
I've never seen a cleaner, well kept up Wendy's. Even complimented the management.. Very friendly staff. Went to a Wendy's in Ormond Beach earlier in the week that was the complete opposite. It was dirty and at 11 a.m. it was not clean, organized and you couldn't even get a cup of coffee. The health department should close it down.
The burgers are so small that there is so much extra bun on the sides and they are so thin. The fries wereterrible, they tasted old and I use to really like the Taco salad but there is no meat in it and the lettuce tasted old. Wendy's use to be good and my son worked at one in High school so I ate it with him more times than I can count and they have truly go way down hill. It was a total waste of $20. I don't eat fast food often and Wendy's was my top pick but not anymore. So disappointing these places charge so much for food and it's small and tastes terrible. I took pics of the burgers but can't find them now..
