Food cold, food old. Never again, not worth the time or money. Btw I had the Chipotle chicken wrap. This location has gone down hill.
This was our first time here and the staff was very friendly and food was great.
I ordered a smoothie and I didn't like it they remade another one for me it was good but the place was just dirty it had chips on the floor/table was sticky, and I get that it was like 3 hours before closing time but me and one other person were the only people in there. This made me not want to buy food nor stay very long. There was plenty of downtime that the lobby could have been cleaned up. Will not return
Poor customer service! I called to place a order at the Altamonte location and the first time I called i was put on hold and after 10 minutes I was hung up on. I called again and someone picked up the phone and didn't answer. It was just to stop the phone from ringing. I called again to place my order and was told she couldn't take my order over the phone because she was busy and the only one working. If she was so busy wouldn't it make sense to take the order over the phone instead of now having multiple people waiting in the store for their orders!
Great healthy food! Gateway Crossing has a good staff too, customer service brings me back every time!

I love Tropical Smoothie as a company but for whatever reason this location never gets my order correct. It never fails that I ask for protein substitute and they still give me chicken. If they do give the protein substitute they forget another important ingredient in my wrap.
My sandwich bread was stale. I don't know how you make a sandwich and not notice that the bun is solid.The peanut butter smoothie tasted like ice and a hint of peanuts.Won't be eating here again, so many better options.
I love their smoothies. I drink my smoothie with my pinky up.
Great quick clean place to pick up some fresh fruit or a smoothie on the go. Extremely busy but fast.
