They tried to bribe me with a free drink. It took 21 minutes to make my order and the lie I was fed about "there's only one guy in the kitchen" was contradicted instantly when someone other than that "one guy" walked over with half my order. Get your act together you have 3 people on register and nobody in drive thru, one of them can help in the kitchen. They couldn't even look me in the eye when they finally sheepishly proffered my order. This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to and I've been to dozens on the east coast even in Manhattan where the prices are doubled and you legitimately can't fit anymore than one or two cooks in the kitchen at a time due to how expensive real estate is, they still moved faster than these employees. If this is on management then so be it, these innocent employees are victim to a predatory business model. Either way, you earned this 1 star.

Other than when they're supposedly open till 2 or 3AM but run out of lettuce, tomatoes; shredded cheese and/or other toppings by 12:30AM, this Taco Bell is fine. Store employees are friendly and food quality is exactly what you expect from fast food. A taco with no lettuce, tomatoes or cheese isn't much of a taco and I doubt they were discounting them for the missing toppings

Horrible service. We went to the drive through and didn’t get 3 things we ordered, didn’t get a receipt. My husband went in to get them and no body helped him yet all 6 employees made direct eye contact. After asking for help politely 3 times he ended up having to raise his voice and ask for help. Someone came up and asked what he wanted after my husband told him, the employee turned around and continued to ignore him. My husband asked if he could serve him self, only then would the employees help him.

Worst Taco Bell. This isn’t on the employees though. It’s the owner. They have kids standing out my where you order and telling you to wait to pull your car up until the car at the window clears so they can make their times look better than they are. They’re doing everything they can to make their drive thru times looks better than they are. I have seen drive thru workers stick out a long metal case that almost looks like a rain gutter waving it under the awning to trip a sensor to make it look like cars are moving in and out. I have never waited less than 10-15 minutes in this drive thru. Also, their “system” goes down a lot and they can only take cash. Now I’m stuck in line with no order because I have cars in front of me and behind me and no food. Just sitting waiting to get out. No complaints about the food that comes out though. Just really really slow.

Terrible service. Employees are always extremely rude. The Baja blast always tastes like Baja trash. They had us waiting for 30 minutes In the drive thru, and wouldn’t let us drive up because they didn’t want to activate the time sensors. We drive 10 mins out of the way to go to a different Taco Bell instead because this one sucks so bad. They should honestly just close this one down.

We ordered from the inside kiosk with no issues. Only when someone came in 25 mins later for his order and discovered his fries were missing did they tell him oh, sorry, fryer is down. Everyone waiting had ordered something that needed fried including myself. They argued with us and said they couldn't refund our money with an oh well attitude. After we made enough noise, they miraculously got their fryer working again for a while at least. We walked out after an hour with an incomplete order and no refund for the missing items. The WORST service I have EVER had anywhere!! The owners of this store should be ashamed. From the dirty lobby to the employees with bad attitudes.

Absolute worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. My wife and I ordered from kiosk cause no one would wait on us. It took 1 hour to get our order, no one in the drive thru mind you. When we finally got our food, we were like hey, no fries or delights, and they said oh our frier is down. Wasnt even going to tell us about it, so didn't get our 2 orders of nacho fries or our 12 pack of Cinnabon delights. When we asked for a refund they said oh "we can't do that, the manager is on vacation". Finally enough people complained and they fried some nacho fries but was told no way we are getting our delights. Remind you after we waited an hour for 4 tacos. Extremely rude workers, assistant manager was clueless, tables were all dirty and we spent $6 on something that we couldn't get and couldn't get a refund. When we finally left there was still no sign on the kiosk that the fries was down so people kept ordering food they wouldn't get. Horrible experience, please never go to this restaurant, they should be out of business. Stealing from every customer that ordered from the kiosk or online. I will never go back, probably avoid all taco bells for a long time to come.

This was one of the most dirtiest and ghetto restaurants I've ever been too. It's really sad that you have to wait forever just for someone to acknowledge you to take your order. They really need better management. People are paying their hard own money so they should get their monies worth. Clean up the inside and work area then put better management in their

This location is always low on either staff or food truck items. Expect to be told to pull away from the window to go wait (so your not on the sensor that shows corporate people wait in line a long time) and if you go in to eat expect there to be few sauces if any in the dining area and the drinks will not be refilled. I'd give it a one if I didn't feel bad for the friendly couple of staff I do see.

3 separate experiences:-Drive-thru is never less than 45 minutes here unless you arrive at some sweet spot time where it is magically empty. There is NO in-between. I have never in my life waited so long for fast food and the fact I can't just leave because I'm blocked in by cars also waiting in line drives me insane. All that wait only to get home and my order was missing a burrito. From an order of 2 burritos. My bad, should've checked and gauged the weight of the bag I guess. I was just too frustrated and hungry at that point.-Order ahead to avoid the drive-thru nonsense (sure enough, it is PACKED when I arrive). Online it said pickup was still available for about another hour and a half, so I went that route. Get to the restaurant and the doors are locked, staff behind the counter but working the drive thru. I check the app and they're making my food so I can't cancel it, and there's no way in hell I'm waiting in that drive thru line. Legit wasted money to save time, all because doors were closed earlier than they should've been.-Order ahead again for pickup, MUCH earlier this time (around normal dinnertime). Ordered quesaritos which are cheesy wrapped tortilla around a burrito that has more cheese and sour cream etc in it. There wasn't cheese anywhere in either of them, outside, inside, nowhere. And no sour cream either. It was a dry, double tortilla, sad thing saved only by the guacamole I paid an extra dollar for. Ordered a cinnabon iced coffee, which they couldn't make because they ran out. They couldn't refund me the price of it because they don't do refunds in the store based on online orders, or something like that. That last bit is not necessarily this location's fault, I think it's just corporate policy nonsense. Though they offered me another drink, I don't like any of their other drinks. So that was $3 wasted. So yeah, I think I'm done with this one.
