My mom and I absolutely LOVE Sus-hi! It has easily become one of our favorite go to spots for a quick and filling bite - our go to is a create your own bowl. They have a variety of bases, proteins, toppings, vegetarian and vegan options as well! Last but not least, the staff is kind, quick, efficient, and professional. Even on the busiest of days, they work through a rush of customers like no other. Shout out to Quora and Slime for always being so kind and welcoming and for making our DELICIOUS bowls! ❤????? ? I love susHI. I always get their bowls. And I always receive wonderful service. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted and was asked if I needed any assistance on how to use the screen menu. “Gummi “ helped me through it since I’m always so use to the paper menus. While “herb” recommended me to try the burritos since I always get the bowls. It was simply delicious. “ jojo” made it and my goodness it’s now going to be my new thing. Those 3 gave me excellent service.
Everything we’ve had there is so good. Fresh and prepared almost in front of you. The staff always have good recommendations and are friendly. The sweet soy sauce is top notch and we love their spicy cauliflower. When I’m a lighter mood I get the vegetables sushi and it fills me up.
Always SO yummy!! Every time I order from Kelly she always makes sure that all my sides and sauces are there, I am stickler when it comes to the sauces lol Presentation is always top notch, favorite go to place for fresh sushi bowls!! Thank you Kelly for taking care of my orders!!!

My food was DROWNED in sauce. Literally goes up almost halfway up the bowl. See the picture. This makes for very soggy lettuce it's not edible covered in sauce like this. Also I went in and ordered on the kiosk, it was 30 min wait to get my food? I've been to this location and ucf and even when the line is out the door it was faster than when they added the kiosks. They need to hire more staff to deal with online orders as all those come out before customers that use the kiosk. If I go to the restaurant I want my food within 5 minutes not 30. Subway doesn't take that long, qdobe doesn't take that long, planet smoothie doesn't take that long, not even Zaza the air down restaurant takes that long. Has gone downhill recently and I'm so sad about it.
Love this place but ever since the kiosks came the food takes forever to come out. My mother and I came in and waited 45 min and still nothing. I’m writing this as I wait. I remember when you had the face time and the food seemed to be prepare faster when you’re staring them down. Just order hours ahead to get your order but don’t bother just dropping by.
0/10 do not recommend. I ordered here from UberEats and am HIGHLY disappointed. The create your own sushi was good but the create your own bowl was ridiculous. I paid $15 for one chicken tender?!?! & whatever sauce they used, they put entirely too much as my bowl was swimming in liquid. $15 wasted and in the trash. The sushi was good but there are better places to get sushi. WILL NOT BE BACK & DO NOT RECOMMEND
I was a fan when they opened in Altamonte Springs,???????. I guess In an attempt to modernize their process or keep up with the times they transitioned to a 100% Kiosk ordering system. Each and every visit since I have been a little more disappointed. They are constantly missing ingredients that are clearly shown on the receipt. Sometimes human interaction is the best way to maintain quality and high customer satisfaction. Last of my visits for awhile for sure.
Convenient location in Altamonte Springs. I had troubles in the past with orders not including avocado as requested or messing up the whole order. They always made it right though, so definitely appreciated. I really enjoy Sus Hi Eatstation (I went on multiple locations around Orlando), the bowls are big portions and fulfilling. Lots of choices of proteins etc to add. Prices unfortunately have increased but thankfully the quality seems to always be the same. Crab Rangoon are great. The actual sushi rolls look appealing and are tasty. If you are looking for a quick sushi stop, this is the place. Just make sure to order in advance because it takes at least 15-20 minutes usually to be ready. You can order through their App or Uber Eats or at the kiosk inside.
