Always good coffee. Buying via the app prior to going there is a good idea and saves a lot of of time.
I go here several times a week and order the exact same drink (a tall hot latte with oat milk). This morning, I picked it up and noticed that it was significantly lighter than usual. There was an employee sitting next to the pickup orders on her phone. I asked her to hold it to see if it felt light. She agreed. But nothing was said about simply adding more to my drink. I’m done. I’ll just go to the Foxtail on my way home from now on.
This branch may be your favorite in the area. The staff is friendly, the service is great and fast, the store is clean, hygienic and spacious. I don't need to mention the products because you already know they are always delicious. ( ◜‿◝ )♡
Cashier was super friendly .I got the caramel ribbon crunch . Whoever thought this up should get a bonus it's so evil and good at the same time
Probably one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks, greeted when walked in, james was wonderful with everyone getting mobile orders, had a smile and great sense of humor
Ordered a special drink today ? it sure was yummy. I also got the last cheese Danish. They are my favorite pastry. Hard to find real ones anymore!
There were a couple cars in the drive through, 3 to be exact so we went inside. Thanks to the barista with a beard who was working Sunday morning at 630am for looking at us a couple times but never saying hi and after standing at the counter for five minutes with no line we walked out with nothing. Why have the inside open if you won’t acknowledge your customers.
Terrible service. They are always out of everything. No bagels, no caramel, if they do have bagels, they don’t have cream cheese. It never ends. I honestly don’t blame them for the shortage because it affecting us all. It’s the lackluster service that makes it non tolerable. The staff is the sweetest here except one bad apple. He doesn’t enjoy being there and it shows. If you don’t speak to him FIRST, he will handle the entire transaction in silence with a dead stare as if you have come to his private residence and disturbed him. Thank you to the rest of the crew for all you do but unfortunately, I always have to end up dealing with this same individual. For that reason, I am no longer a customer at this location.
First time at this medium sized location. Service was excellent, the staff members were quite busy, but more than happy to make a last second drink modification. The coffees ordered were spot on.Note: this is a popular one, and even midmorning, the drive through was lined up. We parked and went in and were helped quite swiftly.
All of the staff are very nice and quick with service. A bit of advice the drive thru lane is small and can be dangerous for you if your too far out b/c your car will be out in traffic and can cause congestion, so it's better to go inside sometimes.
