Starbucks has alienated their walk in guests. Store after store has reduced the indoor square feet, reduced the table space and basically creates a crowded hostile indoor space for guests. It's a company wide trend that will spell doom. This particular store relegates a dirty, hot outdoor space for it's walk in guests.It's nuts. Why Starbuck's is still in business is beyond me. They caved during the pandemic and have done everything in their power to alienate those of us who've catered to them for years.
Only Starbucks I repeat visit because my coffee is always made perfect here. I don't know what kinda magic the baristas are doing but this is the spot. Also employees are very personable & fun to chat with. The Chocolate cream cold brew is the best.
The service is great…when they are open. In the past month, this location has closed earlier than their scheduled time twice so far. I visit this location once or twice a week and have had the unfortunate experience of discovering they closed shop early. Not related to a holiday or even a day close to one. Just closed. I am now inclined to call before I show up when I’m on my commute to the gym from work.

Came in around 8pm (4/16) haven’t been to a Starbucks in forever. I was excited to see the Mocha Cookie Crumble back on the menu. I expressed this to the baristas who immediately shut me down, saying the drink I was recalling from before was not called “Mocha Cookie Crumble”. I assured them I was correct, as it’s the only thing I have regularly ordered at Starbucks over the last decade. The baristas were persistent I was incorrect. They then admitted the Mocha Cookie Crumble I had just ordered (and paid for) was nothing like the drink I was expressing excitement for (regardless of what it had been called). They were right, it was nothing like the original, nothing to get excited about, but with some online research I was able to confirm the drink I was recalling was actually called “Mocha Cookie Crumble”.
I love the Starbucks app, although I don't love how you get more stars for using a gift card balance than you do for a regular credit or debit card. This is especially because the only amounts you can add to your gift card balance are pre-set amounts (EX: $10, $15, $20, $25, $50, or something like that). So if you pay the exact amount with your debit card, you gwt half the stars you would if you added money to your gift card balance and used that to pay instead, meaning you have to spend more than the exact amount to add to your card to get double the stars. But hey, at least you earn rewards faster, it's easier to customize your drink (there's tons of options I didn't know you couldn't even add until I started preparing with the app), and your drink is ready when you get there.And duh, you now can get free stuff if you're a Starbucks regular/lover, like me ?
the baristas here are very hard working and they need more help!! shouldn’t be only two people making coffees on a busy saturday morning
Worst starbucks ever...every time I have ever gone to this location there is always some issue aside from poor customer service...this location should be closed down it is that bad and it seems no matter how many horrible reviews are posted about this particular location, nothing is being done to better the service of this location..last night there was 2 hours left until closing time and 2 of the employees were being so lazy they would not make any drink that wasnt a easy drink like...they were out of everything and even caramel...how are you out of all that including coffee for the frappuccino but had coffee to serve in cups....pure laziness is what is was...out of coffee come on you really need to consider closing this location it is useless as the people working there
I ordered online and when I arriveed at my designated time there was a crowd of people waiting in line and I ended up getting my drink 20 minutes past my order time but I'm giving five stars to thank the staff that actually showed up today and were putting 110% into making sure they could get out the orders that they could despite being an hour behind on mobile orders and the domino effect of impatient customers that were in a time crunch. I was lucky in that I didn't not have anyplace to be anytime soon. The offer to come back was kind and reasonable as well. You've got this and keep up the good work!
