MAN OH MAN!!!! Hubby & I absolutely love Mexican food and I was craving it tonight. We often pass this place but had never tried it until tonight. I regret not going sooner because it was absolutely delicious!! Our server was so kind and he was very helpful. The food came so quick I was blown away. The atmosphere was great and the portions were amazing. We cannot wait to wait here again?❤️❤️❤️
Staff is very welcoming, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the menu. They are genuinely happy to see you. Our waiter, Uri, was more than happy to offer recommendations when we asked. Everything tasted fresh, and everywhere we looked the place was nice and clean. Great place for a nice, relaxed lunch. We will definitely be back!
First time coming here and really enjoyed it. They even let us sit outside cause we had our dog with us and accommodated us no problem. The food was fantastic and very different from several of the other Mexican restaurants around Orlando. Salsa and chips were free and more than enough. We ordered the Queso and it was soooo good. That’s how we mark a good Mexican restaurant now, by how good the salsa and queso are. Lunch or dinner I’m sure you can’t go wrong with Pablano’s.
I try to be an understanding person especially when there are staffing shortages, food issues, etc. We have eaten here many times before and had a great experience. Tonight was our last night going here. We were seated right away. Our server (one that we have never had) seemed to not be paying attention. Our order came out in stages. The Carne Asada Tacos came out. The steak was very well done (on the side of burnt) and mostly grizzle. I sent the entire meal back. The other order was chicken and shrimp fajitas with a side of French fries. We only got 2 small flour tortillas for an entire tray of fajitas. We asked for more (as we have in the past) and got a package of 3 that we were charged for. The French fries the first time out were greasy and still frozen. When the were returned a second time they were a little better but still not crispy. We spoke with one of the owners (who has waited on us before) about the poor service, food and general experience. He told us that since we had not been in in a while and we had a problem with the food and the service that maybe we should not come back.....Your wish has been granted....we will not return and will tell all we can about the service with a snarl!
Sorry there no pictures. My wife and I went to Poblanos Mexican Grill for lunch today just to try something different.I got the lunch special Chili Relleno and Taco with Rice. My wife got the lunch special Burrito and Taco with Rice.The Complimentary Chips and Salsa were fresh and tasty. Our meals were both excellent. Service was very good as well. Prices were reasonable.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Have seen this restaurant a couple of times while driving by and finally decided to make it a destination. We wanted Mexican and decided to give it a try.The food is very good, kuddos to the kitchen staff. The dishes we ordered tasted authentic and both were very flavorful. They came hot and the ingredients were fresh and of quality. Definitely made our dining experience worthwhile. We ordered rhe Cancun Grill and Petrita's Enchiladas.As for service, the hostess was nice and seated us right away, but our server did not seem to want to take care of us. He barely looked at us while we placed our orders and did not check on us, until I got his attention. The younger staff really needs to learn from Ana, since she stepped in and checked to see if we had what we needed and gave us the bill.We will keep them in mind for the flavorful food, hoping that the serving staff is better next time.
The food was very tasty and plentiful! The menu was enormous with a great variety of traditional food and unique combinations. They were not knowledgeable of gluten free options so I chose wisely and I am hoping for the best! (That is why it is a 4 not a 5)
I did a to go order. They completely screwed it up. I ordered 2 pork enchiladas with an extra cheese enchilada with rice and beans. I got 3 pork enchiladas, a cheese enchilada, rice with NO beans.. Oh well. The cheese enchilada and rice were delicious. The pork enchiladas not so great.
