I ordered my drink and the girl looked like she was 12. I stepped off to the side and waited and no one else was waiting near the counter. After like 2 minutes the girl brought over a drink to the counter said something quietly and pushed the drink forward. I grabbed it and walked away. Then realized it wasn’t my drink. I brought it over and a guy asked if it was his I said must be I’m sorry she gave it to me. I then told the older lady the situation and how the girl handed me the drink and it wasn’t mine and she said well she told you the flavor twice and you still took it. I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear her and she said I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. I said but it was a mistake and the lady said well I can’t make another one. You need to pay for that one. VERY bad business. I paid for it, apologized to the guy who was waiting and left but I am not going here again. No customer service here.
I ordered a chicken pho to go. The food came out quick and was super tasty. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this place. The boba tea is so good. All the ladies that work they're are SO sweet. They're never rude, and everything comes out quickly. I always look forward to stopping there every time I go to the mall. Heck, I'll even go to the mall JUST for a boba tea smoothie. I've been trying different flavors but the banana smoothie with chocolate or coffee bobas are my favorite ones right now.
Terribly unhappy with the boba I got from here. Requested the green tea with mint and kiwi popping pearls. They use a matcha tea which is a powder tea and is concentrate green tea.The taste was heavily unpleasant, you could only taste the matcha powder and nothing else. I tossed it after trying it, it was a waste of $8 on a large.Would not purchase again.
The broth barely tasted of anything, the beef was hard to chew and didn’t taste good as well. Overall a disappointment. I strongly recommend City Pho and Grill in Maitland instead. I’ve ate there 6 times now and so far no pho place even compares in the area. For any pho lovers, vietnomz in winter park is also pretty great!
I wish I could give less than a single star.The smoothies are made of water , toxins with dye and powder that has absolutely zero nutrients. When I saw the way they were making it I was shocked and stopped the girl. She didn’t stop and then told me she won’t give me a refund because she already made it. When you say that your child has allergy to the dyes that are in there and their response is this and that “ I should have asked before” — it’s quite disgusting. No longer do small business value their customer for genuine reasons.I hope the owners and workers get to read this.The attitude you girls gave me is truly shameful.Your ethics speak just as loud as the quality of your ingredients and products you offer.
I was hungry? Looking through the great choices available at this food court my sense told me this was what it wanted . My gosh I could not or have not enjoyed a bowl soo good!!
boba was 10/10! avocado boba was very fresh; real avocado was put into it. however, some of the boba has a werid rubbery texture. but taste was absolutely great
Something like an easy three or four. With a tween in the house, we do the malls and boba lots and this place just lends itself to our business and we're glad to give it.Polite demure hospitality. Seems they're often out of something or other but that might be the way of it in today's business world. Either way, we always seem to find something delicious. Easy to see them as a two or three because they're in the mall but they've really always been something like a three or four consistently. Happy happy happy.
