My sister gave me some coupons, I had been to Pei Wei once in Winter Garden. Reviews made me question if Altamonte Springs location could rise to thr occadion and make a decent take out meal. Location was not busy when I arrived around 730pm. Read the menu and decided on my choices. Cashier took my order and I waited for my otder. She proceeded to leave the register area. Other staff helped other customers picking up their orders. Food was prepared rather quickly. Hot and fresh smelling all the way home. Ordered Thai Coconut Curry chicken with noodles and Spicy Korean BBQ Steak with brown rice. The Thai Coconut Curry Chicken was creamy tasty and a touch of spice from the curry. The Spicy Korean BBQ Steak was definitely spicy to my delight. Good food and spicy done right.
Every time we’ve eating here we’ve had a great experience. We’ve never had a issue with our meal and we’ve eating here a lot. The cashier Samantha is great! Thank you guys for being on point!

A great location near the Altamonte Mall. The staff is excellent at this location, kind and attentive. I had the GeneralnTso's tofu and it was spicy and tasty. FYI you can sub tofu in all entrees. A spacious patio for those breezy days.
I've always loved the pad thai here, so we went to satisfy my craving. Unfortunately, this was not the best experience. The chicken had a Strang the texture, the sauce tasted sour and my husband's order was wrong. However, we've eaten here previously, and it's usually amazing. I'm chalking it up to post covid blues and will be hopeful going back for another try.

I placed a order for orange chicken fried rice and 2 brownies! I got someone else’s food, I called the location Samantha states they got busy she saw the mix up and was going to issue a refund! If your a delivery restaurant being busy is not an excuse for screwing up two people order because the other person didn’t get theirs either or maybe he got mine who knows..I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
I ordered Mongolian beef, the manager brought it out and dropped it on the table and didn't say anything. The rice wasn't even fried which I asked for, it was white soggy and sticky and the beef was like jerky.. I then went over to the manager immediately and asked for a refund she then refunded somebody else's meal on to their card and then tried to hand me the receipt, I then told her I paid with cash and she didn't know what the price was that I paid so she asked me if I had the change and was rude and I gave her the change from my 50 and she gave me my 50 back.. very unprofessional very ignorant ! Every pei Wei that I've gone into over the last year has gone down so far the food is terrible..
I hadn’t been to a Pei Wei since 2015 (in Dallas). I liked it a lot back then.The food still tastes ok, but im done with the brand. Their portions have got ridiculously small for what you pay. And everything was plastic. Food came in a plastic bowl. Fork was plastic. Great dining experience there. Never again.
Loved the food. However on Jan 06, took a take out - the chicken was not cooked. I cannot believe that they could be so careless. Not sure if I should blame the chain, which I don't think so - I would blame the careless chef who cooked that day
