came and got the you pick two with chicken noodle soup. not only did they shrink the size of the noodles, but their was only about 10 noodles and three tiny slivers of chicken. so expensive and not worth it
Robyn was the best. My son has food allergies and she took the time to review the menu with me to see what he could eat. She had a scone made just for him - this made my son's day. Thank you Robyn.
Had a breakfast meeting here. I have been eating up Panera Breads around the country for the last 10 years. Always good for meetings and the food is good too.
Ordered two breakfast wraps with bacon. Both were missing the bacon. We brought the opened wraps to them at the serving counter to let them know. The lady at the counter saw it, grabbed the bacon from a container opposite the counter, and placed it on top of the opened wraps at the serving counter for me to take away. The bacon did not look heated and when I asked, she told me it was ok because it was precooked. I asked that they please remake the order. They did and when we received it, the bacon looked like it should and actually heated.I usually do not place negative reviews but missing meats in salads and other items has occurred multiple times in the past at Panera and we have let it go.However, the staff has always been nice and never rude. The restaurant is always clean as well.
Great food!!Staff is always very nice and always happy to help!Seating areas are always cleaning and welcoming. Definitely recommend bringing family and friends here if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to have lunch or a snack!Will be back again..
Bacon Turkey Bravo ordered online to go. No bacon on sandwich. Called. They wanted me to come back with the sandwich to replace it. No, I am already home and not driving back. Also ordered flatbread pizza. It was horrible. I’ve had it before and it was good. This one had some kind of spice that was not good in it. Something is wrong with their line order cooks as the food was not good like it has been.Won’t be ordering here again.
I ordered their steak sandwich and chicken curry soup. They should call sandwich a roast beef sandwich as it definitely isn't steak!Great ciabatta bread but way too much horseradish sauce. The soup was delicious! I definitely will get the soup again! Of course the bread that comes with soup is delicious.
General manager Amy asked if I wanted a refund because I told her her employees are horsing around instead of working. I’m on break, watching the sand which maker play tug a war with the glove box and another employee. It goes on for 3 minutes just giggling over the glove box. All I was waiting for was the sandwich to complete my you pick two. Amy then said I was being rude. Ok? You’re employees are flicking off each others hats, throwing the gloves at each other, touching each other, but I’m being rude because I was running out of time on my break! Real professional for a General manager. Amy sucks.

I ordered a pick 2 for rapid pickup. I ordered a smokehouse bbq and a chicken noodle,my order said it was ready at 5pm (1/13/2022)I arrived and had to wait until 5:20 for them to make it , upon arriving home , the chicken noodle soup had 1 noodle yes one noodle and the bbq had no chicken , I called around 6:30 pm and I was rudely greeted on the phone by one of the women that stated “ obviously it’s not our fault “ I then went back upto panera around 6:50, where I asked to speak to a manger, I was then rudely greeted by a tall Caucasian woman the manager, whom had no interest in fixing the situation, rudely told us to wait , when we asked and pointed out there is no chicken in the sandwich, she then stated that is how it is made, we then asked her to give us a diffrent sandwich instead since the current one was poorly made, she then proceeded to treat us as if we were trying to get free food, compeltely unprofessional I would never go to this location again and corporate should really look into hiring more professional managers that knows how to fix issues as these below are photos of what I was told is normal and made that way. U guys be the judge, I think a chicken noodle soup should have more than one noodle dont ya think? And how exactly is this a sandwich? Someone should be fired
