Leaving this worst panda express location now. Food looks dry, horrible and that's what they had. They were either out of or what they had looked horrible. No plastic wear in lobby takeout. No fresh food. Worst location ever. First an last time at this location, please shut it down. To nice a area for this nonsense.
This location is pretty dope and I'm very happy to see that they have my teriyaki chicken, in which a lot of locations are out of recently which really really sucks!

Love the food but every time I go to a location they run out of food and have to wait or get another item. Location near Walmart on Hiawassee rd Orlando the manager refused several times to make something saying they were closing down. Time was 815 pm and they close at 9p. She had employees cleaning up areas and food that was being sold looked old and cold. Other locations in Altamonte Springs was ok at times.
I’m a huge Fan of Panda Express, sadly this location always disappoints me with the taste in the food. The customer service is nice, but the food at this location tastes so different from other locations. The orange chicken is always mushy and not crunchy inside. The chow mein is also very different and dry. I hope one day this is fixed because I love Panda Express.
Nice clean and updated! The cooks and other team members are quick. I love the service
Went in and bought a bowl, its not well served. Next person next to me got a bowl and was better served. Bowl is barely halfway.
******This was only resolved by going to Panda Express CORPORATE because this store purposefully refuse to pick up my calls. This is why the review is 2 stars instead of 1.*****I went to this panda express on 3/6/2022 around 7:50. Before I entered I checked on my phone and it said that this location had the Honey Shrimp available since I cant eat any meat including chicken. There was a long line due to the group ahead of me. When I got to the female employee, I was asked if I was getting a bowl. I said I was getting the plate and asked for Chow Mein and Honey Shrimp. As she was assembling my food, I noticed that where she took the main entree was where it was labeled chicken. I asked the employee if she grabbed the Honey Shrimp since it looked a bit different than I saw online. The employee told me that they have the Honey Shrimp but it doesn't have walnuts. I was then asked if I still wanted the Shrimp. I said it was fine without the walnuts. So I paid and left the store. On my way home I asked my sister who accompanied me inside Panda Express to taste the food because of a nagging feeling I had. My sister tried it and stated it was chicken. I had a friend taste it and was confirmed to be chicken. I couldn't eat my food because it had CHICKEN in it even thought I asked to be served SHRIMP. Called the store for the past 2 days and they NEVER picked up. If they did not have Shrimp they should had mentioned it instead of lying to me.Since they don’t consider taking the customers: demand seriously and lie instead of notifying me they don’t have the item, be weary of coming here ESPECIALLY you have dietary restriction/ allergies.TLDR; Came in to get honey walnut shrimp and was purposefully given chicken that I couldn’t eat even after asking for confirmation of item multiple times. Refused to answer their phone.
And I love Panda Express they Rock, the only thing that I don't like about them is when you get the bigger plate and you get that extra entree and they put in that little tiny box, makes me feel like I'm getting a kitty meal LOL always clean always courteous, and I love the coconut milk
I've been to a lot of Panda Express's before and this is by far the worst one I've ever eaten at the food doesn't taste how it's supposed to and the rice is hard and so is the chow mein, the people that work here are great but the food is not.
