Absolutely excellent pizza and knots, far exceeded my expectations. Easily best pizza in Seminole County and possibly Orange as well, and I’m a lifetime resident. Dough/crust tastes like authentic NY pizza.
Truly and honestly I was a HUGE fan of this place when I first ordered here last year. Now i don’t know if it’s not having enough staff or the passion to make good pizza etc is gone but this place has just flat out lost it’s touch. Last pizza I made me so sick. Even the time before it was the same thing. Bring the love back into making pizza please. People really do love this place
I really wish I could not even put one star on this review. I am extremely upset right now. I thought that the only problem that I was going to have with this place was that when I ordered garlic knots on the phone they charged me for them and didn’t even tell me they were out of garlic knots until I got there and they decided to make me garlic bread instead. Without even offering to give me a refund or offering me the garlic bread they just gave it to me. The problems did not stop there I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for my kids I get home there’s mushrooms bell peppers and onions all over the pizza. My personal small pizza was cold. The mozzarella cheese sticks basically the cheese melted out of the sticks and they were chewy . I spent $60 on this entire order and every single thing was terrible even down to the wings being cold. I had to order a whole new meal from another pizza place near my home to feed my kids. I called this pizzeria and explained to the girl she said that i could get a refund for the large pizza only, or come get a new pizza i said just refund me please, she then said i needed to come there tonight at 9:00 pm to get the refund i asked if i could come tomorrow cause i need to feed my kids and go pick up new pizza and i can hear the man in the back yelling “no she has to bring that pizza back to get the refund. I don’t even care at this point and no will I ever return. Terrible food and terrible customer service.
Excellent food, good price, great service! Our server noticed my toddler wouldn't even try to taste the food (he was fixed on someone else's pizza?) so she offered a suggestion and he ate twice. My teenage picky girl ate her hearts content. The ingredients were amazing ?
I ordered on DoorDash - everything was still nice and fresh! The pizza is reallyyyyy good! The mozzarella sticks were good as well, they have a nice flavoring to them compared to some other places. The zepolis?? Soooo good if only they had a chocolate sauce but wow they were coated so well and so soft and delicious. Everything was great

Some of the best pizza in Altamonte!!! Staff is nice and helpful! Gladly answered my questions regarding their menu options. Pizza is beyond good!!! This is real handmade New York Style Pizza! Every pie is made fresh to order!!! Fresh ingredients with plenty of melty cheese goodness!!! Some may find them “pricey” compared to other spots in the area but personally i feel it’s worth it… if you want “cheap & affordable” go to Little Caesar’s or Pizza Hut. But if you want premium quality and taste, then New York’s Best Pizza is it!!! …PERIOD!!!
I just ordered and I’m so disappointed. Look at these “buffalo” wings. There’s barely any hot sauce and they are dried out. The meat wasn’t even on the bone on half the wings and the chicken was so dry it was almost like jerky. On top of that, the pizza itself was undercooked. It was a speciality pizza but it was mostly peppers and onions. It definitely wasn’t worth the 30 dollars I spent and I won’t be ordering here again.
Love NY style pizza. This pizza is thin and tasty, good quantity and quality in the ingredients, and customer service is great. Thank you Maria, you made our dine-in experience very nice
