I’m not sure if it was me or if the food quality has gone down, but my burrito bowl was wasn’t good at all. They forgot sour cream. The rice tasted odd. I basically picked out the protein and threw the rest away.
Tee, Dalton, and Sarah De Angelo ALL delivered EXCELLENT 1,000% service… yes A THOUSAND PERCENT excellent customer service for our lunch experience today. I rarely leave reviews, and I needed to speak up about each of these hard workers. They were ALL pleasant, took great care of my family, and delivered EXCELLENCE
Every-time I order from here something is messed up… I had food delivered last week and they gave me the wrong burrito and then I go today and order a cup of queso and it’s literally half full…. Like for $5 a cup it should at least be almost full….. keep in mind the photo is exactly what it looks like when I opened it. Not cool I’m over it with this place.
My wife and I ordered Curbside Pickup at Moe's Altamonte Springs FL for pickup @ 11:17, just after the store opened. We waited awhile and until it became apparent my order was not coming Went in and politely inquired.The black female, my ticket says Sierra P, shrugged and did not offer assistance at all. Really strange. Unsure how to proceed, I looked around the store, and discovered my order in the pickup shelving.Ate a tortilla before I left and they were terribly stale, so I told Sierra and young white male making burritos, they both just shrugged and turned away. Wow.I was polite, well dressed with a tie on, and nicely left the store, but really? Honestly would have been happy if they simply replaced my tortillas, because they were so stale it was as if they were cooked yesterday and left out all night. I asked names, but the staff refused to provide them.This is my 1st time ever at Moe's and was really excited. Never experienced worse customer service anywhere ever.
It had been a very long (life happens!) while since I was able to visit my local Moe's in Altamonte Springs & I tell you I was blown away by the awesome crew that assisted me from start to finish a couple of days ago. I have always had a good experience at this location before so little did I know that I was in for an even better experience! It was busy, of course being that it was Monday evening, but I felt like I received personal VIP service from the moment I stepped inside to the moment I left. Each crew member was attentive, thoughtful, helpful & so accommodating! Even though there was so much hustle & bustle (& please believe me when I say they were all working hard so the hustle was real!), I felt acknowledged. I appreciated all of them so very much because they definitely made my day so I took the time to learn their names. So, Marco, Alyssa, Salena, Tee & Nadine, I am still very impressed with you all & can't wait to go back to see each one of you! Thank you for everything y'all! :-)
I stopped by yesterday to take advantage of the T-Mobile $4 burrito special. It was an hour before closing time and the store was out of a few proteins and toppings.Other patrons weren't too pleasant with the employees, but it's easy to understand that the employees are dealing with an unfortunate situation and it's not their fault.Nonetheless, the staff prepared my burrito correctly, with the ingredients they did have, and payment was smooth.
Save yourself a HUGE headache and go anywhere else if you are another company trying to order and have it delivered. HORRIBLE Experience!! My company had meetings back to back this week and we thought it would be great to order from Moe’s. They had no problem with charging my company credit card for $516.11 but when it came down to delivering the food, it was late!! The food was supposed to be here between 11:30-11:45. When Noon got here I started to panic as I had a lot of hungry executives wanting lunch. Kept calling and calling and calling. I tried the catering option and the store option. Nothing! It would ring a few times then put me on hold then ring a couple times and back on hold. Starting to get mad now, I had to have a coworker get in her car to drive there to see what is going on. By the time my coworker reached the the stoplight I finally received a phone call from the delivery girl. I explained to her that she’s really late and it’s past noon and I have people waiting. Luckily I caught my coworker before she jumped on I4. Absolutely ridiculous!! I ask her why no one called me and she said the girls in the back don’t speak good English and that they told her they already called me. Not True At All. Then the delivery girl shows up with her boyfriend and as they are setting up our food tells me she didn’t bring the dessert we paid for but they gave me extra Queso!? Are You Kidding Me??? You should have called me instead of making that decision on your own. Queso doesn’t equal out the money I spent on the desserts for our team members. Then tells me she didn’t bring any plates or silverware that is suppose to come with the meals. I finally looked at her and asked her to have her manager call me. I have Yet to hear from anyone. I would still like for a manager to get a hold of me so we can take care of this. Unfortunately we will never do business with you guys again. Super unprofessional!!
You walk in this place and can immediately feel the vibe of these miserable employees, not a smile on one persons face and no one is friendly, I was getting ready to pay for my bowl (which was already made) and the cashier was so rude that I just walked out and left the food. I will never return to this location. Find some better employees who at least ACT like they want to be there!
This location has been operating short handed for a while now and they are doing a great job. Those working are polite and efficient and we enjoy going every time.
I asked for curbside pickup. After 5 minutes on hold waiting to let them know I had arrived., I decided to go inside. While I was there, the phone rang and the person answering it immediately put the call on hold without speaking. That is what must have happened to my call. The food was good.
