Dumbest staff ever. Literally asked me what drink I wanted with my meal. Then didn't have it at the window. They said I needed to show my receipt for it like I was trying to rob them. What's a robbery is the 2.19 they charged me for a HASH BROWN. They said I can come inside and buy a drink. After doing the math, ordering the meal would of made the drink free. So their solution for their mistake was to double charge me.
Drive-thru great and food has always been decent, but inside is Kiosk ordering only which was annoying when I could have just ordered on the mobile app ahead of time and walked in.
I went to this location tonight around 8pm, the manager on (udonnie?) was blatantly screaming at the poor girl at the window for making a mistake- and she continued yelling at her as she walked away! I will be going to the one on 436 going forward since management clearly finds it appropriate to belittle and treat their employees poorly-especially in front of customers
Poorly made McDonald's staff told me I can't get my receipt then took my 10 mins to order on top of that Osha violation was involved there were ants on my table tables were a mess. I went into the bathroom a big cockroach walking around
I've had very few issues with this McDonald's like them getting my order mixed up or them forgetting an item but it's very rare. The staff is very friendly and communicates well. There have been a few instances where they were closed at really awkward hours of the night but that is not consistent. Overall this is a very good McDonald's.
First pulled up to order, told me what I wanted couldn't be ordered over mic has to be mobile ordered. So I pull off make the order and return. To be told I cant have the specific sauce cause they have to be spicy nuggets. So I switch the nuggets and window girl ERASES MY 5SAUSES WHICH IM WILLING TO PAY FOR THE ONLY REASON I ORDERD, thinking it'll be solved my the time I get there it being a mobile order receipt was already printed. At the second window I explain what's happened and manager tells me they can't give any out. I ordered and willing to pay ala carte. No wonder why people laugh at your work choices!

Everyone don't know how to work the computer to order nobody said you had to order on it so I stood at the cash register and was over looked for twenty minutes. Until a young girl came in and showed me how to work. And the same worker brought me my food and I left I will never visit your McDonald's again ???

This location isn't a part of the rewards program, like everyone else. They also don't like giving Pup cups, like everyone else. The lady at the window gave attitude and said she doesn't like dogs. She had to get her manager, then told me I'd pay next time. Psh. We'll see.
