I only give it one star. I only do this because I went in to plug my laptop in, have a cup of coffee and do some work, like I do at McDonald's all over the Country. But alas, they have their electrical outlets covered. I was told it was to keep people from charging their phones. Imagine that. Once your customers are your enemy your store is a fail. And this store is a fail. And again, this always seems to be the case as you get closer to large metropolitan areas.
Worst McDonald’s there is. The staff is so rude and disrespectful it’s embarrassing even for McDonald’s. Everything is always “broken”. I’ve had to wait 30+ min for food, had sauce shoved in my hand when I asked for extra sauce, and been given attitude on many occasions. I used to work here so I understand not liking your job but at least have some respect and professionalism.
I have been visiting this location for 13 years and the customer service is never consistent. Sometimes it’s great other times it’s non existent. This time it didn’t exist. It’s fast food I get it but it takes two seconds to greet a customer. I encountered three different employees and there was not one single greeting. Food was great and served hot and fresh.
What about the fact that I don’t usually go to McDonals but this time I decided to have a fast breakfast at this specific location of Altamonte Springs Florida and felt absolutely amazing with the customers service! They mede me feel special and also notice that they go above and beyond with everyone that sits inside the dining area. I wish I would of taken more names, however Mrs. Becky is the most adorable worker, deliver my meal to the table, made sure I had enough napkins, offer condiments, came back and ask if I was all right, asked if I needed anything else and then walk me to the exit and opened me the door!!! Waoooo please give her a round of applause and a free lunch on my behalf to show appreciation for her dedication so she can keep that beautiful smile on her face for good!! Bravo ?? ????♥️
I ordered a simple order and then they pull us up to make us wait almost 10 minutes for food then it comes out wrong and the fries were not even fresh. There are too many choice for this McDonalds to serve up food like this and at a premium… make me seriously look at other places to spend more than $20.00 for 2 people to eat nothing special and mostly when it comes wrong and cold…..
All McDonald's food is the same we already all know that, however and I'm going to emphasize the word however. This is the worst McDonald's ever! By far the very worst every single time I go in there and I go in there a lot unfortunately because I have to I'm not going to go to the next McDonald's because it's too far to walk. But if I could I would. They're all rude in there every one of them there is no customer service skills whatsoever, I won't even open my burgers when I go there to eat because I'm pretty sure there's something in there that I don't want, so I just stomach it deal with it just cuz I like McDonald's not because I like that one! So if you can don't go to that McDonald's yeah and they're horrible about the sauce for chicken nuggets they never give you what you really want I can keep going but I'm not going to, I think I complain too much already
I can't believe that they are considered fast food that is the slowest service of all time I could literally go in the restaurant go in the grill area and make the food faster than they can do it it's unbelievable how far restaurants have fallen it's not just this location it's all the McDonald's and all the fast food it's like nobody cares even if you pay them$15 an hour they still don't care. Now you got to pay them every day as if they were crackheads.
The staff at this location are racially disciminating by either refusing service or addressing the person behind in line instead. I also notice it's difficult to place a delivery order with this location. You can place an order through an app but then if you call they'll say "we don't do any delivery apps". The staff needs to be fired and replaced.
Always closed for “maintenance”. The little tomes I could have order, the service was horrible. Please, do not come here. In the picture you may see that they were accepting other orders (probably a friend’s) but not the other customers.
I don't really eat at McDonald's, but the two or three times we've stopped here over the last two years haven't been pleasant. It doesn't matter if you order your food yourself on the giant touchscreens or the cashier takes your order. It's always a long wait.
