My son always loves there pepperoni pizza and it’s always fresh
I had a relatively large order which I placed on their mobile app. I ordered a desert, Italian cheese bread, crazy bread, and a large deep dish pizza, half cheese half pineapple, and 3 marinara sauces. They forgot both breads, the desert and all the sauces. It was all on the receipt, and I gave the guy a decent tip. Kinda regretting that, although luckily I caught it while I was still inside the store (probably because it was almost my entire order,) and I had to wait for them to get the rest of it together after already giving them a good 30minutes to make it. Not the best little Caesars I've been to.
I have never had an issue while ordering to pick up sometimes it has been ready even a few minutes before scheduled even when busy! Thank you for the good service.
I had a long day at work and i wanted to get a pizza for dinner I wanted to try the stuffed crazy bread and the cashier when to the back to ask to the guy that is making the pizza to see if he could make them and he said that they are not making them so very disappointed ? no pizza were made had to way a good 15 to 20 min 4 people in the back talking and playing with pan- working and 5 family wait for there food very frustrated
The Store at 445 W State Rd 436 SUITE 1001, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714; is pretty terrible. I called-in for an order and only had 3 toppings; the idiot that answered the phone couldn't remember the toppings nor my name. When I got there all the toppings were thrown in the middle; I asked for a Mgr; and she was on her Cell talking to a girlfriend. The guy who took my order started to argue with me; then the Mgr stepped-in and I showed her the Pizza; she made me another one; obviously training and customer service at this store is very weak. While I was waiting; I could see the 3 in the back goofing around spraying each other with chemicals while nobody was watching my Pizza. Never again will I go to that store.
Ordered 3 meat treat. Didn’t realize something wasn’t quite right , until my 3rd slice—the middle was observably soggy to the touch—as though not fully cooked. Needless to say, I’ve got food poisoning. I don’t know who was the cook on 02/13, but perhaps a conversation should be had regarding quality control. I shouldn’t have to suffer because of someone’s foolish oversight. Take care.
Walked in with a very hungry family and they decided to tell me they don’t take 100$ bills which was the only currency I had at the moment and proceeds to look at the bill several times even after they had just said they don’t take 100$ bills. Racial profiling at its best.
One person in front of me and then waited 5 minutes on the customer to be serviced before placing my order. This location doesn’t keep 4-8pm items ready as they advertise, so get ready to join the wait in line along with waiting on your 4-8 item to be cooked.
As always, the pizza was good. I ordered 8 pizzas for my son's birthday party and they were all ready and prepared for me to pick up quickly.
This location has always put enough topping on your pizza. Have been coming to this location for years. Cannot find any other location that does a great job on price and the toppings.. Keep it up guys..
