If I could put zero stars I would . Because why does it say that you guys are open and close at 9 when in fact they close at 3 . It seems like they make there own hours and that’s weird .
I usually get a great sandwich and experience at most other Jimmy John's around town. However......At this location:The Tuna Sandwich was missing two of the items I put the order in online for. They didn't spread the tuna out or other ingredients evenly . I ended up with a sandwich that had the meat lumped in the center and no meat towards the ends.Be conscious of the food you are making. People are expecting the ingredients they are paying for to flavor every bite. When ingredients are not included or evenly distributed in the sandwich then they didn't get what they paid for. They may not come back. Too many other places in town who can make a sandwich. If you don't have a class to teach sandwich making you may want to create one. No idea why such an easy task was so messed up.When customers have a terrible experience the first visit to your business your profits suffer. Many do not return.
I love unwiches, but the ones I always get from this location are 1/2 the size of all the other locations and it cost over $9 so not sure why they are skimping on the lettuce part of the wrap. I have ordered it at least 5 times because it is right by my house and all 5 times have been like this.

The sandwiches are good but the service has been terrible lately. This specific locations has strange hours and seems to struggle to keep help. We placed an order at 11am for 2 sandwiches. After 35 min we just went over to the strode thinking the app wasn’t working. When we arrived they hadn’t even started the order the waited another 25 minutes. Waste of time. Jersey mikes across the way processes an order in minutes. Your only as strong as you weakest link. Management and owners should take notice!
Ordered delivery to my office for the first time. It definitely was fast, but maybe that’s because they left off everything I added.
Finally a company who's hiring the right people on board! I got delivery masked with SMILING EYES and a positive attitude!! My order was delivered fast and accurate. Please keep up with the great customer service!! Thank you!
Do not go to this Jimmy Johns. This is the worst of the worst. I’m not sure how they can’t make a sandwich but we had to give them our order 4 times in person and they still were unable to put any of the items on the sandwich. They forgot every single item on 2 sandwiches. No mayo, no mustard, no tomatoes, no pickles, no peppers. On a veggie sandwich. It was 2 slices of cheese and lettuce. The staff are incompetent and should not be left alone in a store because they are truly incompetent.
Did you know that you can buy a loaf of their awesome bread (yesterday's) for only $0.50? And if they run out of yesterday's, they might just sell you today's! Love Jimmy John's even more, now!
Bread is very HARD, Chips are old.. Sandwich is disgusting! Won’t be returning..
