Very disappointed! Steak Po Boy and mac and cheese was awful. Bread was over toasted and the lack of steak and toppings is way over priced at almost $12. The mac and cheese tasted like Kraft boxed. I ordered online and picked it up myself. $25 for 2 sandwiches and I didn't even get chips with my $11.69 Beefeater. Lesson learned! First order from this Jason's Deli and I can't say I'll return.
My teenage daughter and I went here a few weeks ago. It was 2:00PM on a Friday. The staff were not very courteous, they were extremely impatient as my daughter and I were viewing the menu. There were not any other customers behind us. We ordered our food and sat down. Almost EVERY table in the dining area was full of dishes, utensils and food that had not been picked up. The salad bar was unkempt with food spills, and food items that had not been replenished. The potato salad and macaroni salad looked as though it had been sitting for a while. My daughter’s Mac and Cheese came out quite some time later. Temperature was not acceptable, it was cool. The manager did reheat it and was very apologetic about the temperature of Mac and Cheese. I also commented on why there were so many dirty tables. He did not offer any reason. We’ve been coming to this particular Jason’s Deli for many years. I have never seen it so unkempt! It makes me sad to see this. Jason’s Deli……y’all can do better than this!!!
I want to be happy leaving but to be honest I feel ripped off. It was obvious I hadn't been here in a long time as I apparently ordered a sandwich that had been off the menu for more than 2 years. So I instead ordered the salad bar. I would have loved to have known that it was now a one time trip to the salad bar only. So I got a small salad expecting to change it up on the next trip only to be told I can't AFTER the fact. I paid $11 for a side salad today. I'm extremely sad.
Fantastic place for sandwiches, soup and salad. The salad bar is jam packed with goodness! The sandwiches are delicious. I didn't get soup, but everyone who did said it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Strangely, we had to ask for pickles. The waiter said that they're experiencing a pickle shortage, so they have them but you have to ask.
Disappointed in atmosphere as 3/4 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. Absolutely no bus service. We had a hard time finding a clean table. Outside tables were also covered in dirty dishes with hundreds of birds eating off the plates. Not a very appetizing place. They serve free self serve ice cream cones but the area was covered with spilled ice cream all over the dirty machine and floor in front of ice cream machine was sticky and covered with a dirty floor mat. All we wanted to do due to atmosphere was eat and run. We will not go back.
Love Jason's deli. Me and my wife go on Saturdays for lunch. They use high quality ingredients. Everything is always fresh. They have a great salad bar and a huge menu to choose from. They also have free ice cream cones for the kids which my son absolutely loves. The price is the same as McDonald's but way better food. We love it.
Jason's Deli is so different, they own a place in my favorite lunch spots, in multiple locations around the country. This one near the Altamonte Mall, is in a very congested area, with lots of competition.Not only a good selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and burgers, but free soft serve ice cream and wonderful salad bar.You order at the counter, take your drink and be seated. Even at this busy lunch hour, the order was delivered to the table in no time.Not sure if this is a "feature" or "failure" but the lighting in the men's room was dim as a single candle. Uncomfortable for a public restroom.Moderate price, good choices and a friendly environment made this visit as good as any Jason's Deli.
I love Jason's so much! The potatoes are as big as my head! I get the Plain Jane with extra butter and sour cream, because there just isn't enough for a potato of this size! My partner had the Meatballa and it was great as well.
Enjoyed every bite!! Always enjoy eating there when in town.
Huge disappointment today. Family was excited to see why we Love it here. Salad Bar and prepared food was not best Quality. I’m embarrassed to bring my family here. Yuk!!
