The very sweet young girl who was working all alone didn’t know how to make ice cream. She said she was new and never learned how. At an ice cream shop. What more can I possibly say?
I just went to the ice hut and ordered 3 icecreams, paid for them and sat in the Lobby waiting for 30 minutes just for the girl to come over to us and tell us they were out of ice cream and it would be 2 hours before more was ready… how do you not know you’re running out and prevent this number one… but more importantly why the hell did it take you a half an hour to come and tell us? Didn’t even offer a refund or an apologize.. it was so rude. I literally had to ask for the refund.. no coupon for next time nothing. Not to mention the store itself was filthy paper and napkins and straws and dirt all

Ice Hut you have changed. When the man and the woman ran that company it was the best rolled ice cream, the best bubble tea you have tasted. The woman they're always made her bubble tea with love. i went today around 2pm..they were more interested in joking around then taking my order. I order the Jasmine milk tea. they told me that they forgot to make Boba last night, so I couldn't have any boba with my drink. ... it taste like water down milk, with a funny taste. I am definitely not going back to Ice Hut.
Went in with masks on but customers before us did not. They hung their faces over the sneeze guard and pointed and touched items. Staff wore masks and sneeze Guards but did not change gloves. I understand they are making a living but we threw away our paid for product, not worth it. Customers should be mandated in such a location to wear a mask
Very cute place, and fast service ! Dining area is closed right now but they are open for take out! Tried to key lime pie with lemon cookie and heath bits. Very tasty and the ice cream isnt crazy sweet which I really appreciated! The key lime could've been a bit stronger and tarter flavor, but it was an Interesting treat. I would come back to try more flavors, and the cost is very affordable. 4 bucks for a small and 6.50 for a large which is easily enough for 2 people . Would recommend if you want ice cream with a bit if a twist !
fun to watch, not to heavy, and has yummy beverages if you don't want ice cream. kids love the rolled ice cream and toppings. I like the teas!
Our first time trying rolled ice cream and it was fantastic!!! So creamy and such a smooth and delicious texture. There were many topping options, and different combinations. The owner was very kind and the restaurant was very clean!!! I was so impressed, and can’t wait to return!
best milk tea place ever!!!! so many awesome flavors for ice cream as well and fresh toppings!!! always coming back now that we live CLOSER!
