went on saturday night with the family. waitress was new but did a great job. Misty who was a new manager on duty was awesome. only been there 4 months but i watched how she was on the ball with her customers and her staff and had excellent customer service. i've been in retail business and for 30 yrs and shes a keeper. she listened when we had a slight complaint and she took the time and explained and resolved the issue without attitude without rude remarks like other places we've gone to. staff is wonderful. LOVE IT HERE.

The burger is good. Mac n cheese good also just needs to be larger. Can’t say much about the service because they was overwhelmed. Manager’s responsibility to correct the problem if they can get anybody to work.
I went to Froggers last night to order wings and fries. I had a bad experience with one of the staff members who was taking my order. Suffice it to say that I wrapped up my order, waited for it to get done and went home as quickly as possible. Today I decided to call Froggers and speak to the manager about it. Misty was amazing. She was very apologetic and took ownership of the situation by offering to make it better if we chose to give Froggers another chance. We called back a little later, placed an order then went to Froggers to pick up. Misty not only greeted me when I arrived, she offered me a drink while I waited for my order to be prepared, and all in all ensured that my frown was turned upside down. She made a very unpleasant situation from the day before a very pleasant one today. Thank you Misty. You’re a true professional.
My favorite wing spot so far. Love the atmosphere, almost like Winghouse but much friendlier for family dining. Amazing wing sauce flavor options. You can seat yourself, and they play great music. Sports bar environment
I am not sure why this froggers has the slowest service but for the last few years it is like pulling teeth to get someone to notice you. Guess we are still playing catch up with covid.I do love the wings though, I just make sure I have about 2 hours to spare before coming here.
Food is good and place is kid friendly with arcade games and pool tables with a nice water view.
Robert aka Roberto was an absolute gem of hospitality and service. You could not ask for more. One of the best most personable servers I have ever had the joy of being served by. You can't fake people skills. My friend Amanda's birthday was today and we were all treated the absolute best. You can expect nothing but the absolute best and more from him. The food was also stellar.
Bar has nice outside seating on the porch as well as a section of the bar in the front entrance. Big open space inside with plenty of seating. Beautiful view of the lake in the back through the big windows. Unfortunately there's no porch or outside seating in the back. Prices are average like most bars with different daily specials depending on what day of the week it is. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Personally I'm more of a dive bar type person, but that aside it is pretty great as a sports bar. I really love that they are constantly doing liquor and beer deals. Another positive is well, frost off I don't have any kids, but if I did I know that this place has enough entertainment for the little ones that I could watch the game while they played. I highly recommend this bar.
