The burgers and fries are so delicious. The customer service is good and fast. They are always busy. I highly recommend.
Come on it's Five guys of course it's great! Clean place to eat. Friendly staff, which is rare in other places. They even have bacon flavored milkshakes. Yes bacon. Tried as hard as he could but he couldn't get me to try one. Lol
We ordered for delivery through Uber Eats and it was a fiasco - in part because the driver picked up only part of our order. We decided we’d be better off going straight to the restaurant to pick up the remainder of our order and/or maybe re-order the part that did arrive (but was now super-cold and soggy). When we got to the restaurant, the employee taking orders at the register stepped aside for a quick second to share our experience with his manager and she immediately (and generously) offered to comp a new order. The debacle with our food delivery was through no fault of the restaurant’s, so it was unexpected, and the restaurant was extra busy when we arrived, so we doubly appreciated the great customer service! The food in our new order was 10/10.
Foods good of course. White kid with the shaggy hair is horrible at hiding how much he hates his job. Get someone else to take orders and keep the miserable ones quiet and on the grill.
Gotta be honest. It's an extremely overly priced "steak and shake" with better fries. I took my wife, daughter, and 5 year old for lunch. Spent $71.00 for 3 bacon burgers, 3 fries, and 3 drinks, plus the kids meal. It was a financial mistake I'll never do again. Definitely not worth no $71.00 NOT AT ALL.

Unbelievable burgers and fries ! The little burger is plenty big enough for the average person and the fries are absolutely overflowing the container they come in. I love that you can completely customize your burger any way you want. Five Stars for Five Guys.
It's kind of expensive for a burger joint, and they are ALWAYS soo crowded. I even ordered and paid ahead on their mobile app. (which by the way, does not have a rewards/points program, or if it does, I haven't gotten anzthing from it yet!)I love 5 guzy because of their awesome french fries and caramelized onions on their cheese burgers. The fries are awesome with salt, pepper, ketchup, an vinegar. It's one of the only burger places I know of that still offer vinegar with their fries, like at the fair or carnival.However, even if you order ahead like I did, be prepared to wait a while to get your order. I think we stood there at least 15 minutes in line before I got the attention of an employee, rather than the other way around, to get our food that had been already bagged and sitting on the counter. The burgers were a tad soggy when we got got, and it's only a 5 minute drive from my house. The fries make it worth it though.Also, they have really good milkshakes with tons of choices for mix-ins. There's no limit to how many you add. But again, the milkshakes and soft drinks are pretty overpriced. You're better off stopping at 7-Eleven a few doors down to grab drinks.
Not sure what's going on at this location but the hamburger meat is different. I got my normal double pattie cheeseburger to my surprise there was no grease like it was a reheated hamburger patties in water. Not even grilled the bun seemed cold like it just came out fridge.
