Whoever was there this morning was nasty! Horrible attitude and wanted to argue with me about it being a latte I never had an issue ordering the same drink I’ve been ordering for years now she shouldn’t even bother working and if she clearly hates her job so much. The only sweet girl was the one at the window! I always go here because it’s right by my house. I rather drive 100 miles away to another one then to ever come here again. It’s always attitude when I go here.
Bad experiences for months.....Called to see if they had a certain coffee , they said yes. Get there and they don't have it. Person on phone blames someone else, can't be bothered ro help me and hung up. Another visit, they don't fill the cups that I paid for, worker shuts and locks drive thru window in my face. I drive to another town to avoid this location that is 2 min from my house. No work ethic at all.
Chaos is the best way to describe when I decided to go inside to get my coffee and a snack. There was just one couple ahead of me, yet took them over 10 minutes to order. Then the cashier left to prepare their order without acknowledging me. He showed up anout 5 minutes later to take my order. The 2 other employees were efficiently tending to the drive thru orders while a manager/supervisor was efficiently getting the online orders ready. If I go there another time, I am going to use the drive thru.
This is literally one of the worst locations!!! The lobby is always closed. They always understaffed and the staff that is there always act like they rather be anywhere else in the world but their JOB. The espresso machine NEVER works! They NEVER have caramel! They hardly ever have big straws. Like legit the most basic things they just NEVER have. They were closed for days a couple weeks ago assuming they had no staff like at this point close for good! Whoever is running things ain’t running anything but this business to the ground!!
Not great at all. No sense of urgency even though the drive through is literally overflowing and well as their lobby queue line. Within a min of me walking inside someone in line walked out. In 10 min 3 guests in line were served in a line of 9 people. They offer a mobile ordering option which I plan to try next time in the hopes it'll be faster, but I don't know how they can offer that when they are unable to handle their normal drive-through or lobby operations. I feel like they just need some more staff to handle how crazy it gets and I do wish there was some kind of rotation on making new doughnuts cause there were slim pickings when I got in there. Thank God for the staff that IS there, but they need some help.
If it didn't carry the Dunkin name, it would have received a single star.. Management, please hire better people, we have ordered from this store for years, but over the last 6-8 months the quality has taken an absolute nose dive. We never seem to get the order completely right, the coffee's look/taste different from order to order, and general customer service is just lacking. We now drive to the Apopka store due to all the recent issues, but it's out of the way.
I went to the drive thru ordered a vanilla hot chia tea. As I'm leaving the drive thru there's no way for me to make a right turn to leave. Good thing I didn't I took a sip of my drink and it wasn't vanilla chia tea. It was a latte coffee which I don't drink and it was for me nasty. Since I was stuck in my car in a line to get out which the line is for the drive thru, with my 2 boys. I called them on the phone and explained. The manager came out went back in, came back out said sorry we don't have chia tea, and if I wanted something else or refund my money back. I said ok I'll take hot chocolate do you have that? He said yes. He went in came out with the hot chocolate said I'm sorry but it's not hot. Something is wrong with the machines and I asked my other coworker they didn't know either. Sorry but today is just not a good day for us. Nothing seems to be working right. So I ended up getting my money back for a medium latte tea which is what I was charged for. The manager came back here sorry we don't have any change so your getting back some extra change. I'm not mad about the situation but the set up for the building of this dunkin donuts is weird. There's one way in and one way out for the drive thru. So when your done you stuck in the line for the drive thru to go back around just to get out. As soon as you leave the window after paying and getting your order there's a sign to your right but it's a no right turn sign that's it. They really need a two way for cars. Other then that the service was good. The customer service was great even with them having a bad day.
They gave me burnt hashbrowns, I refused to accept it, the server at the window was rude and unprofessional. They gave me another batch which was also burnt, I ordered for curler donut, they did not tell me that they do not have it, when they gave me my order, there was no donut. it was futile arguing with them, extremely disappointed. WHAT A WASTE !
I agreed with another reviewers opinion. The constant unbelievable long line in the drive-thru area is unacceptable. In addition today it was worst because the dine-in area was closed, no entry allowed without signs or notification in website. The door was locked. A big sign on door would be a courtesy to the customers. Outside signs of hiring personnel but management doesn't improve this situation.
Coffee is horrible and the employees are too lazy to answer the phone. This is the third Dunkin that my Husband and I have been to that can’t follow directions as to how we like our coffee. We will go to Starbucks from now on where our coffee is always made correctly. You just lost our business completely due to the incompetent workers that you have.
