The food was good as usual however the waitress forgot my kids meal and she had to wait for her food while watching everyone else eat their meals because she wanted a plain hamburger and fries.
Me and my boyfriend went here earlier today and had a wonderful time. The food was all hot an amazing my appetizer came before the entrees, the coffee was hot the drinks were fresh and our server Sydney was simply wonderful. She checked on us a lot to make sure we had everything we needed and had a great upbeat attitude !! We will be back for sure not only for the amazing food but the amazing service ! 5 out of 5
I was a bit skeptical at first but I ended up being pleasantly surprised by the end of my visit. The staff was very nice and attentive. Our waiter Maxus(I think) was very nice. The quality of the food was good. I ordered the rainbow trout with carrots and hashbrown casserole.
Waited 25 minutes to get our food. Eggs and hash brown casserole were cold. Waiter didn't check to see if we needed anything else.. just gave us the check and kept moving!
So delicious! Good ol country comfort food and adorable boutique store with great quality goods and the nicest, really helpfull and friendliest staff!!!
The Cracker Barrel never disappoints. Our server Mark was wonderful! Our food came out quick, warm and exactly how we order it. If you are looking for a well prepared, quick, reasonably priced meal served with a smile make sure you stop at a Cracker Barrel.
Good service and good food at a fair price. They are very accommodating to my elderly parents. Both have mobility issues, mom with a scooter and dad with a walker. They always seat us in an area that doesn't feel like we're in the way.
My fave place to dine at! I had the double meat breakfast, and it is always filling. Couple that with excellent both front and back of house service, The Cracker Barrel always leaves wanting more! I dined at the Altamonte Springs, Flo location on Double Ave. Check em out! ???☕️
Can't say that this was my best Cracker Barrel experience. I'm in honestly not sure if they were low on help or if the waiter we had was just not very good. He asked if we needed more time before ordering which we said we did so he took our drink order and eventually came back about 15 minutes later. While we were waiting we saw him bussing tables and ignoring other customers that were waiting on him. All of us were trying to get his attention but he was so focused on the other stuff he was doing that he didn't see us trying to wave him down. Of course the entire rest of our meal went this way as well. We ended up being there about an hour and 45 minutes because the kitchen was either really busy or understaffed. During that time our waiter only refilled our drinks once. I have no problem with waving people down when we need refills or anything else like that but I couldn't even wave the guy down because he was so oblivious to what was going on around him. I also think that our food may have been ready for a few minutes before he brought it out because some of our stuff was cold by the time it got to our table. All in all this was the worst Cracker Barrel that I've ever been to and I will drive to the Sanford location before going back to this one.
It was super busy, pretty standard for the after church crowd. Food was good, but Cracker Barrel has changed their menu to no longer poach or baste eggs. When I asked servers on 3 different occasions in the last 6 weeks, they said, "We do not poach or baste eggs." When prior to Christmas 2021, I absolutely was able to order poached eggs, dating back to 5 years ago when I first visited this location, and other locations dating back to 1995.Food was super yummy, but just sad I have to settle for a fried egg, which are hardly ever cooked correctly with the exception of easy eggs, or scrambled eggs which are always over cooked and cold.So don't order eggs. Also the prices have gone up. If ordered Uncle Herschel's Breakfast with a coffee and diet coke. Before the tip, the price was $18. If this was only $8-$10, cold eggs would be OK, but not for nearly $20.Of course, it is not the servers fault and you should also always tip 20% at minimum. On all 3 occasions the server was amazing, especially on this super busy day.
