Great ice cream store in Altamonte Springs, my favorite ice cream there is peanut butter devotion, all the staff were very polite and fast workers.I highly recommend this place.

I give the ice cream a 5 stars. Out of 5 workers working only 2 employees wore a hat on there head. Plus one had long braids and his hair was moving around while he made orders for other customers. This is why your store only gets 1 star. Also no staff were any protection for there hands. Before the owner responds I am not a former worker
unless you dont like ice cream as much, i would recommend getting the larget size as the sizes arent much in price difference. nice staff, wonderful service, and great ice cream!

Took my family here to get ice cream and instantly regretted it. The employee that was attending us was rude and looked like he hated his life. I’m sorry, I know we all go through stuff in life but I think part of your job is to at least pretend to be nice to your customers so they have a good experience. Your body language speaks more than words do.
This place is nasty with rude staff. I watched some girl open a wrapper and take a bite then hopefully make herself something, then use the same spoon that touched what she just put in her mouth and grab more icecream for her creation. The guy taking our order was new, not his fault but noone else was helping him. Some girl with short black hair reached over our icecream and grabbed spoons from the water or something and got chocolate water with chunks of something all over the place. How unsanitary and disgusting. When I said something I got a eyeroll,, so I just canceled my order. I've worked customer service and food service before and that was no clean at all. I'll stick to the Kirkman location, Altamonte location though? Never.
Even in the cooler weather ice cream is a must and we never miss the opportunity to visit this Cold Stone store when we are in the area and sometimes we just go out of our way to be in the area? I have visited other locations and have made this my preferred store as it is always clean and the customer service is top notch. My family is always greeted with a warm welcome and even if there is a long line the employees work briskly to complete orders. When there are new flavors or we can not decide what flavor we have been provided the opportunity to taste new flavors or try a different flavor with out hesitation. Thank you for providing my family with a clean safe environment in todays complicated situation to go and get a treat regularly. Tonight we decided to grab some ice cream from our favorite place Cold Stone Altamonte and once again no disappointment !! The store was busy with a good line for a chilly night. There were seven employees behind the counter that were working quickly and moving the line at a more than reasonable pace. They were all polite and professional while completing our order. As pictured the employees were all properly gloved while preparing our ice cream request. Now I have to say the new flavor for the season of love is shown in the picture below. I decided to go outside my box and try it and I highly recommend it if you like chocolate covered strawberries. It was amazing and now I will have to make more visits before Feb 15th. The store was clean and had a pleasant smell of waffle cone. Can never go wrong when you want great ice cream and professional customer service here’s the place.
I LOVE this store!! They’re usually pretty busy but always worth the wait. The service is always the best and the store is always welcoming and clean. With the pandemic a lot of places have lost my business because of service but I will continue to drive out of my way to go to this ice cream shop!! We love Cold Stone but this particular store is by FAR one of our favorites!!
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for this particular location after multiple visits.First off, when you enter the building, the smell is HEAVENLY! If there happens to be a short line in front of you upon entering, the staff has always made it a priority to make sure I was at least acknowledged and always greet me by saying "Welcome to Coldstones, we'll be with you in a moment."I can also appreciate their attention to health and cleanliness. I've noticed that they glove up, prior to making your food every time. And after they're done, they are always mindful to discard the used gloves before completing your transaction on the cash register. Which is really important during the times were currently facing.The lady with the tattoos always provides exceptional customer service as well. My daughter had the TASTIEST cake for her birthday that even the adults were still raving about days later after her party ended. ?
