My son and I had a blast today! Lots of good memories at this location. My Dad used to take me here and now I get to take my son here. Pretty awesome!
Unlimited play cards with digital tickets make it easy. Some machines not working correctly. Cards frequently have to be swiped multiple times to activate. Prices are a bit high.
I'm rating it a four because my son and his friends had a great time and honestly that's what matters. However, I'm not thrilled with some of the things that happened or didn't happen. We felt rushed, it felt very unorganized. Our server was all over the place. We had a party there last year and last years server was very attentive and communicative. Today's server not so much.. she tried her best but she was all over the place. I honestly felt very pressured. Which isn't what I expected. The amount we paid I should of been able to relax but I felt so bad for my server I tried to step up to elevate things for her. I wasn't happy as soon as I walked in I was being asked ice cream flavors for my guest who hadn't even arrived yet. I wasn't thrilled my son was left in the ticket blaster machine as they were trying to work on it. Instead of asking him to step out. When a comment was made about him being left in there. We were told oh we can get him out but still left him in there. Then towards the end it was a rush to clean our table the young man was trying to throw the take home cups out. My father in law stopped him and grabbed the cups. All in all besides feeling extremely rushed and some things not going the way we expected it to our son and his friends had an amazing time. And when you have a young child who has been stuck at home and had been pulled from school due to an rare autoimmune illness. You appreciate the little things that make him happy. So I appreciate chuck e cheese for helping make his birthday special. I just wish it went better.
No one was at the Kid Check, location was kinda small, it didn't have a dance floor and instead the old animatronic, didn't have much games, and Chuck E didn't come out to dance. My grandson and I also noticed that this location was short on staff. Kinda disappointing for this Chuck E Cheese.
My 3.5 year old absolutely loved chuckee cheese! We had a blast! She wants to go back again! I have been going here since I was a child and I still love the place too. However covid ruined it for a lot of children bc they got rid of their play place. Please bring it back!!! It's just not the same anymore. And way less fun and less busy bc of it. Their prizes are pretty good and cool. Love the fact that we can use money to buy prizes too. That's super cool. Especially if you don't have enough tickets to get your child what they really want. So I really appreciated that. Immensely. Wish they did that when I was a kid haha
Probably won't go back to this one. Booked a birthday party here for my son. Our party host was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately over half of the games and activities were completely not working. The place is pretty small even when everything is working, so to have that many games not working at all was pretty disappointing. One of my kids was pretty bored because he couldn't find anything to do.
We went today for about 2 hours. Half the games did not work I asked multiple times to have someone come out and look at them but couldn’t get anyone to come out until the 4th time asking. Also when we went to cash out our tickets we waited 30 mins for someone to come help us. Once I asked for a manager that took another 20min which then got attitude from her. All in all our experience hear was horrible will definitely not be back to this store!
